Well, heard of bad friday before? Well, there is also bad wednesday which so happens fall on the 09 of January. Day started off well, afa followed by pom and then pom tutorial. But towards the evening part of the day when training all started, the bad omen came.
Had to do sledge with the starting weigths of 5kg. The first set that i started doing, the rope tripped me and you can see a blue elephant sliding on the red track! Well use hands to stop most of the impact therefore hands suffered the most. Legs got scratched abit too. That slide cause my body to be on "fire". Thanks for all the concern. Well, stood up and continue doing it once more time and managed to control it well already. FIRST FALL OF THE YEAR!!=( Well, injuries are just part and parcel of training so yeah got over with it. Did sliedge 3 times, twice with 5kg and the last one with 10kg. 300m times 10 later, fast striding and 3 mins break in between. Completed it but very difficult to hand swing cause injury was at that spot. Crunches next followed by sissors kick with sam. Bathe, apply the achocol and the injury was burning!! Macs for dinner and home. Tmr having the pumping things, helping jinlong to call people, be his runner and doing hydro in the morning! Hope tomorrow will be a fun day!
