TRAININGS!


CHRISTMAS IS OVER, AND NEW YEAR IS NEARING!

NEW YEAR RESOULTION, NOT YET DECIDED.


Well, turkey, ton, food, movie and everything is over on christmas eve night along with the track mates. Today training almost made me puke for one reason, i dont know. Ate lunch at 12 plus and food should have digested by then, never drink water never munch anything already, so why do i still feeling like puking after the 2.4km run. 2.4 run was pretty sucky, still can't managed to break into the sub 8 mins! Why? i'm always just a few seconds away. Am i that lousy? Haiz dont know why, mayb it is just me i shall just accept that fact! After 2.4km was the exercise that coach taught us. The pain was even more unbearable then the previous one. Mayb it is because of the lethic from the 2.4. 100 times on each leg then striding for twice. Hurdles tuck jump was next, with mats placed on the floor. Why? I'm not very clear myself too. Tuck jump 100 times and then finally striding 3 times with both of the method he taught us. Crunches 120, pumping 15, crunches 50 and last 15 pumpings before going to gym for workout. Damn tired that my hands almost gave way. Bathe and dinner at mac cause his training and chit-chatting with the father was way too long. Home and tmr will be a long day, project meeting followed by a 5hour plus break and work!
