HELLO, HOLIDAY!
Holiday started off quite badly, firstly i didnt get my job request as what i requested for, and many others things. Therefore on monday, me and sam plan to meet in school at 8a.m for morning training, but guess what? I woke up 8a.m on the dot and had to rush all the way there thinking that he reached already, but on the way there, he msg me that he also just wake up. Did 2.4km farlet while waiting for him to arrive. But the time train finish was already exhausted, and sam just nice arrive. 2nd training of the morning was hurdling, tried jumping over 9 hurdles in a range of 100m first followed by doing a 150m hurdles just like in the ending 150m race of a 400 hurdles, but lethic came, and managed to do 2 sets only. Kept the hurdles, bathe and breakfast. After breakfast, went to "renovate" the sports club, shifted things here and there till we finally get a picture of the whole room. Well done to the 2 of us and of cause jia rui who was there helping out in the later part of the day too. From a messy clubroom, managed to clear it up to a neat and tidy clubroom with mats on the floor and a cosy forbidden sleeping area. Went for micro lecture and managed to recap those lessons once again. Ended early and it was raining when we came out. Sianz, went back to clubroom, out for a late lunch with rui and then proceeded for training. Training was doomsday, 2.4km around the school block and then did the leg lift against the wall. Each leg 500 times, in total 1000 times. Legs felt like cramping anytime and the calf was super hot everytime i did 100 times. Finally managed to complete everything, and went was striding 100m times 5 in the rain. Ended off training with crunches and pumping followed by light gym work. Hub for dinner and then home.
Tuesday- Met kevin, sam, siao, wanyin, jinglong for hydro training early in the morning at 0740. Madness. For the first time i ever wake up so early to do training and somemore hydro training, surprisingly the water wasnt that cold. Hydro for half and hour and then suntan awhile, really super awhile and then went off to macs for breakfast. Pizzahut for lunch later on and then slacked in the clubroom till 1730 b4 heading down to work. Slacked for work and then we closed super fast as there was 4 closer for that night. Reached home around 2 as i was the first one to be drop. Com and slpt.
Wednesday- Woke up at 1 plus today for the first time and then went to school to meet sam kevin and jinglong. Lunch and then slacked in clubroom till 4 plus before receiving a msg from coach saying that training was brought forward to 5. Inform the rest. Training was tough once again, conditioning. First off was a light run around the track 1.2km. Next coach said that it's going to be a super light training and we started questioning with. Lunges 100m times 10. But after that it was cut to 5 only. Legs was totally wobbling after it. Had to do some kicking on the floor after that b4 doing crunches to end off training for the day. Went to woodlanes to have dinner and then headed to shop&save to buy things b4 coming over to sab house to ton. I'm here already and slacking in the room with wy, while outside kevin computer, rui watching tv, jinglong;siao; sab and seran playing mahjong and crouch dota. haha that it for the day!
