STRESSED!

Today work was ABCDEF!!! Headed to tan tock seng early in the morning, then had lessons first. Ken taught me blended beverages first, and did some theory. Halfway, Mo came in and told me the do communicating about coffee. That was like so difficult for a start. I couldnt how the drinks were being call out. Did all the theory on communicating about coffee, learn how to mark cups, then had hands-on sessions. Learn how to make fraps, and then must learn to take order from pos le. This is the worst part. What the pos say, i must repeat to them and must mark on the cup. Argh i was so WOLS!! couldnt get alot of things right the first time, made one wrong drinks only out of all!! Argh dam ps, then customer told me that i'm wrong. Guess everyone do make mistakes too. When the crowd lessen down, ken told me to trust in myself what i do and dont freak out if not the crowd will be stuck. At first need the drinks slowly, then Mo said to speed things up. Ok lor, speed up, no mistake. Wohohoo!! But still slow from taking order from pos register. Stayed at B1 till 3.30 and then did theory abut espresso for tuesday lessons. After that did coffee tasting with partners. Did coffee press for the first time.=) Slacked around SB till 5.30 b4 rushing back tpy to meet that sotong. Send her home, then went to arcade to de-stress till 10 plus then went home. Have to work tmr agn, and having time trial after that. Dont know can make it on time for time trial. I want break my p.b too. Wish me luck!=)
