TRAINING!

Yesterday, finally that philip turn out for training, after such a long time, but when he came, the coach already left. haha and he still said, did coach come so long never see him already. Training was the same as last wednesday, 400m times 5 all out. Although, me and nash run slower alittle, we managed to keep a constant time of 68 second. It was quite good already, as i just recover from sickness and didnt faint like the previous session after 3rd set faint already. Then netball got match with those "boys" again, but sadly they lost once more, it's due to their speed and height which those girls are unable to match up with. Ohh ya, saw the girl who run 400m damn fast one, she from dont know which secondary school althetics, now i unds why she ran so fast already. Philip did 2.4 run yesterday hoping to break his p.b but then he ran till his 5th lap and blur out, he tot it was the 6th lap and so he stopped. His time was clocked 7.21 mins. yeah after that headed to amk to have dinner, and went home. On the way, philip said he wanted to tell us some funny jokes, but it turned out to be lame. Signout off!
