Club crawl 2009 has officially ended.
Think it was successful and everyone has place in a fair share of effort.
It's the holidays now taking a one week break before continuing to study for year 3 already.
Time really flies, soon we will be the graduating batch already.

Sebastian Coe was born in London in 1956. This famous British middle-distance runner won four Olympic medals and set eight world records. His main events were 400m, 800m, 1500m and the mile. He dominated middle distance running for much of the 80s and excelled at the 1980 and 1984 Olympic Games.

C -O -N -F -I -D -E -N -C -E is something that i lack now from track. Fear of lactic fear of not able to complete the workout. I need to remove the FEAR word from the dictionary! No more fear and gain the confidence! Come on!!

End of IVP Day 2

Wilson Kipketer in Munich 2002. One of the best 800m runner. He even had an unbroken row of 33 victories on 800m over 3 seasons. Isit it jus amazing.

IVP has come to a end, with many more records being smashed again. Day 2 of IVP was even mre exciting than day 1. Ran 800m, and finally managed to obtain 1 point for the school, which as my target for this ivp=) After that was down to the relays where you can see all the school cheering on for their own athletes. Had a crazy photoshoot after that and then bid goodbye to gombak. Headed back to the school for swim and games. Followed by dinner. Track season is over and now it is back to road race. Polite followed by standard chartered.

Benard Larnat Millrose Games 2008!

Day 1 of ivp is finally over. Was quite a interesting day with records been broken and this year is a much competitive year compared to last year with all the standards being increasing. Most astounding thing that caught my attention was the 10km event. Featuring mok yin ren, he was really the star of the event, was really amazed by his determination and his fitness to break the IVP record again. 1500m saw the timing been brought down alot, from 4.27 last year to a 4.12. Well, managed to came in the time that was predicted. Was quite disappointed missing out by a position to obtain a point for school. Will try harder. Well done nyp, we can do it!=)

Milk run day, running under kenneth number tag as he could not make it to run this race due to NS. First outside race for long distance for the year. 9.4km. Route wasnt that bad, and weather was just fine. =) Clocked in a new pb for 9.4km again. Handtimed of 39.16, dont know what is the E.T timing. Congrats to all those who have won the race. =) Short post as too shag.

This week is very bad! Monday, had speed workout given by philip 200m, 300m five sets. Then it was about 1730 then wanted to join the rest for their core training, but due to some reasons, did not join them. Heard a bad news from naish, and then it affected his mood to run too. We ran around 3km outside school and then went to the pool to chill. Ya, after that went off to have dinner at a place where i'hv been craving. =) Craving sloved. Tuesday, went school for first day, very shag but managed to pull thru.

Sorry for the post. Everything is solved now! Thanks to sihao and akid. Well, there are some misunderstanding but are cleared now. I now see the reasons behind it already. =) Sihao dont worry about getting the position, everything will be fine and you will know what to do de=) Thank you guys=)

Haven been blogging a long time. Time to think back what had happen from the start of the holidays. On the first day of the holiday which is friday. Had to be prepared for berkelah waterfall trip already. And lady luck wasnt so much on our side. The bus which was suppose to come at 7 turn up at 12 midnight. How nice. Clear customs and everything by 1 plus and slpt in the ride till kunatan. Reach there around 8 plus, took the lorry in. Because of our big group we had to take 2 rides in. Reached and changed into our attire and off we went hiking up. The proceed of hiking up wasnt that difficult but there was some obstacles along the way, and we took the wrong route too. But it was alright, about an hour later, reached campsite which turn out of what i least expected. Pitched campsite and then had to be separated into 2 groups. One to hike up first and the 2nd to prepare lunch. I was in the 2nd group, prepare lunch. I jumped into the water and water was super cold. Soon everyone started to jump in to the water and mr guru taught us the finger game inside. While waiting for the 2nd group to hike down, it drizzle abit and the water started to turn brown. Gosh, but it was just a passing drizzle. Group 2 turn to hike up, jump into the water and then return to maincamp to wash up and prepare dinner. Dinner was amazing but the rain came too. How sad. had a lot of leftover from dinner. Games and talking session and then off to bed. Was sleeping out at the cooking area, super cooling.=) NExt day pack up and headed back down to the place, waited for lorry and then off to the coffee shop to eat. Bus ride all the way back to Singapore, reached about 9 plus in school.
The rest of the days were either spent doing project or training. This week was a super mad week, running timing that was so bad. Hope that it doesnt affect the 1500m race this saturday. Hope to hit i new pb!! Anyway have to start doing project. update some other time=)

This week was horrible, very pack due to project, trainings for bialthon that eventually did not make me train for running=(. Monday, swim 200*4 and 100m*1 jut to train for bialthon. Tuesday, gym work abit and then off to wednesday for the actualy bialthon race. Before that was in ltc-1 watching NE video about singapore history, but everyone was so cold inside, that before we went for bialthon, we ahd to keep jumping around. Bialthon was pretty much ok, swam 8.35, new pb and then ran 14 plus minus transition timing, and with a total timing of 24.55 min. Ranked 5th=) Not bad for first time taking part in bialthon and grats to hui qin for getting individual women first and charlene with philip for mixed relay first! Grats to jiarui and akid too, although dont know their timing. Thrusday planned to train but in the end did gym work with jiawei and then home to chiong marketing management project. Mad project that made many people did not sleep!! Eventually managed to finish up the project=) Friday, slack day because saturday race. Saturday race was pretty alright, self learnt placement of blocks, but turned out quite well, but only problem dont know whether i placed it correct. First timing use blocks, and then off to race! Better my HT timing by 1 sec, which was a new ET pb of 58.54=) Glad although timing was slow, but will continue training hard. Sunday had to went down one more time because all the number tags are with me. Congrats to those who did a new pb for SAA meets and congrats to nyp for winning lucky draw. Actually jiarui had won lucky draw too but left early therefore not able to collect it as it was one of the top prizes, and rahman won a dvd player. Haha, Only the wireless phone and the thermoflask was given to coach! Time to learn all my ica. 4 ICAs upcoming next week!!! then it's holiday=)) ENDURE!!

Saturday- Went school for hydro, but instead of hydro i did a dry run for nyp bialthon instead. Warm-up first and then started off. Swam 400m and better my previous timing by 10 secs, which is currently now 8.54 sec and then transition time to shoes shirt and specs. But was told by some of them that during my transition time, i spent too much time. Therefore must find a faster way to put on my shoes. Had for a run and gosh i then realised that i forgetten to time my transition time till half way, therefore continue the time and started off running two rounds around school. Despite the tiredness, still managed to maintain a 7.20 for the first lap and 2nd lap 8.05 because must run the extra 300m in track, will speed up on actual day. Now just waiting for team buddy to decide whether to take part in relay or individual.
Sunday- Headed to jack's place for lunch, food there was nice=) Headed down to ps after to catch movie, made in honour, was a nice and touching movie but some part was kind of draggy. After movie, dinner at swensens and then slacked awhile at ps. Home sweet home. Tmr training swimming with hui qin again, and then rest completely on tuesday for wednesday race despite individual or relay.=) Once again, thanks all for the birthday wishes=)

Tuesday - School was ok. After school, went to the stadium to take key from crouch but so happen, they lacked of testers so i helped out in taking the timing for the napfa 2.4km run. It was the batch that i saw alot of people passed 2.4km run.=) But the rest of the stations, i'm not very sure. After napfa, went to run 3 rounds around school again. A new P.B is being made again but it was totally unexpected, with a timing of 21 mins 56 seconds. Woots, but still no sub 6 min, still at the sub 7 mins. I will train harder to get the timing that i want which is a low 21 or even 20. After training, gym and then off to have subway. Due to my inexperience in subway, i had to be taught by someone. Well, it was the first time eating subway and subway wasnt as bad as how i thought. =) Will visit there again soon. Collected my golden village card from ps and home.

Wednesday - lessons pretty usual- boring. Isg was a fun-filled event, with me sitting in the air-conditioned room slacking and watching the race pass and pass. The races are all very exciting with all trying to via for the top position or to qualify for the finals. Well saw quite a few potential runners and just today, 2 records has been broke by laychi from her throws event. Hui qin broke the 3km women record by one second despite running a 800m race just moments before. After isg ended, packed up and went to train. Training was pretty light today. 120m *2, 80m*2 and 60m*2 all out. Training ended, gym and macs for dinner. Tmr going to be a short day in school, 2 hours lectures only!! Pretty tired, dozing off soon despite not running and jumping today!

Woke at like 0830 to wait for the computer repair man to come to service the computer at 9. Kept waiting till 10, when my brother finally came home, the repair man still is no where to be found. Till 1130 then the repair man called my brother to tell him that he is actually coming at 1230. Like wth, my monday was suppose to be for me to sleep in, but totally destroyed by this type of repair man. Amk hub for what happen in vegas, caught someone there behaving sneakly. The show was super funny and nice, rate it 3.5 stars, good to watch. After movie, as was going out of the cinema, saw a hp at the floor, picked it up and gave to one of the staff there. School, did some isg photocopying first, and then at 5 went to train, 4 rounds around school, approx 6.4km and YES I DID A NEW P.B!! 6.4km in 29.55 mins, quite shocking. It's under 30mins which was my target. Quite happy with myself, know the timing is still quite slow and i will improve on it. Yes i am falling in love with running around the school again, just like that time philip ran with me around the school. Though this time, there's a absence of him but i still have the worst enemy which is time! Gym workout and then off to chinatown to eat at the market and went to have desert. Home sweet home. Pondering whether i should do a 1500m time trail tmr or on thrusday. I know i have to take my 1500m time trail soon, and not forgetting my 800m too. Swimming for training???

Went school at like 0840, started on a 10km run around the school alone first for the first round, then when the 2nd round, naish came and he accompany me for the last 4 rounds, going at a comfortable pace of 9+ mins per lap cause it was a slow 10km run. The morning breeze is so cold. Naish said like singapre weather is like mad someday got hot like kenya, while others cold like iceland.While we were jogging the 5th round, there's this elderly at the zebra crossing , pushing a push cart with newspapers on it. She stopped us and ask us to help her push the push-cart all the way to the end of the school gate which was like the start point of our run that side, we kindly helped her all the way there as she look like of pityful and tired. We continued our run with thew joining us. Completed 10km, stretch cool down into the swimming pool to do hydro already. Coach did come today!!Did 2 sets of the normal hydro and had a new hrdro event which was the using the flippers and the board, we had to move to and fro the pool. That was one set. It was kind of fun, and we all did 2 sets. Played ball games after but shortly after, all were bored and we started competing with flippers, fun day today but sadly no sun. Lunch at banquet. During that time, finally a pig woke up after millions of miss calls. Went home to sleep after as was really very tired already. K.O all the way till 7, dinner and computer all the way. BOREDOM!!

Did napfa today but sadly to realise that napfa first session was being cancelled, due to idk reasons, so had to wait for the 2nd session to start which was at 0530. There was like 6 testers and only 3 people turn up. I repeat 3 PEOPLE only! How pathetic, so we were like trying to split the workload among the 6 of us. It was super fast as only 3 person. Napfa ended like in half an hour, went for training 1000*2, 800*2, 600*2. Luckily got jia wei to do with me if not i will be alone, but poor him got torture. 75% was what coach told me and jiawei was like slow run. And coach said i was too slow because jiawei was just near me after my 2nd set of 1km race. After workout end, walk , chitchat then malik ask me to go and do crunches. Hydro was cancelled, sad thing=(Forgetten to do cool down, die already will die tmr morning. After that, all went to bathe and then had dinner . Birthday celebration first followed by candian pizza. Only 3 MAYs baby. But the cake was for those baby born in Jan- May. And akid was like leading us in singing the birthday soog not to realise that the candles haven be placed on so we had to re-sing again. It was a fun event but...... nevermind shall not say. Slacked there awhile, chitchat with everyone, played, talked and then went back to eat cake. The cake is nice!! Thank those for buying that cake it's delicious=) After that talked awhile before going back home. Tmr running 10km with naish at 0830 before hydro training. Hope i wont worn out tmr. Sleeping real soon.

How i wish i know what is really going thru me now? Everything is happening too fast for me to take it. The feeling that is rushing thru me is like those that i can get bang down by a car. Some here and some there adding up totally is like the blood flowing thru the blood system.

Lessons today was pretty much of ok for law, found it more and more interesting although it was very dry during the lecture like is exactly like history have to keep remembering things. Up to marketing management, the teacher talk like a machine gun, she thinks everyone can catch what she say so fast? Please la, 13 pages in 1 hours i know u need to squeeze but can at least talk slower such that people can absorb mar. And i just went school for a 2 hour lecture. How great!! After lessons was napfa, napfa people i dont know how to say but i was kind of no mood to do those kind. Napfa ended, went down to clubroom, did my jap tutorial and then waited for all of them to come back as their bags all in clubroom, then one by one left until sam finally came in and take his bag off. About to leave when shoes appear out of nowhere, and then got buddy to mrt station. Called siti for dinner but then she meeting someone else for dinner already, sadded have to eat dinner alone. After that no where to go, home and watch over her dead body. I know it was a nice show but didnt really enjoyed the movie, for some i dont know why reasons.

A perfect answer that i wouldnt ever expect.

Tmr school at 8, must wake up early again and lectic threshold training tmr.

SELF REFLECTION!

Time flies, ohh how time flies. It's time to flashback what have i learnt and my mistakes for from the past 2 weeks. In just a short time of 2 wks ago, there was a major event that strike up, partly due to my careless and incompentence as i did not know much about my hidden self.

As soon as everything got opened up, i got to understand more about my hidden self. Learnt things that i have never learn before or used before. Well, passing down infomation is one the things that i overlook while doing all the planning and stuffs. It was one of the most important thing that i lacked. Must work harder and improve myself on this.

Next thing i learnt from the our track and field office is that i didnt delegate my workload among all the others member. Delagating work is one of the most important prospect of a leader- what we have learnt in Outward Bound Singapore. But in real life, i haven got a chance to delegate things. What I have learnt from the mud pool expedition, a leader have to be the one overlooking the whole issue, for example if your teammembers is stuck in the mudpool, what should a leader do? Go back and help? No, if you are going back to help that is the wrong you, you have to continue proceeding forward and then ask or delegate to someone to rescue the person stuck.

Following closely to assigning things to people, one couldnt always possible be always the one planning everything sometimes others must also rise up to take the planning thing, one lessons learnt from a senior, let take a birthday celebration for example, if i know that there is this person birthday coming up, instead of me planning the event, i could like voice out to the rest "Hey _____ birthday is coming up, shall we do something or buy something like birthday cake for he/her?" That was a good suggestion made by one of our seniors.

Stepping out of the box is also one of the most important issue that i have learnt. Being always into the thing itself, made me unable to see the whole issue as a whole, but instead only able to view half or less than half of the issue, when one step out of it, you will feel as though everything postive and negative you will learn it all by yourself.

RESPECT- One word that is the most important yet not being used.

All these are my so called hidden self and as just been known to be in this 2 weeks, will try my best to improve on it and not let all these things happen again! In order to get R.I.D of all the disputes in a team, organisation or what, i think these are the 3 impt things!

Today NO SCHOOL!!! Yeah celebration time. Amk hub for iron man. A nice show to watch the graphic is damn nice=) School napfa and had 3 new napfa tester so everything went on very strictly. Well got lecture by jinlong after napfa and found out our mistake. After napfa, headed for training with the seniors. 10km but only me sam and jinlong ran, because the rest had to leave early. Completed 10km, did chin up with the help of Malik. Cool down, bathe and amk hub for dinner. Home sweet home. Tmr school again, must wake up early!=((

HYDRO-TRAINING!

Yesterday, reached school at around 9 to wait for naish to run, in the end he turn up at 0930 and then we planned to run 4 rounds around school, but at the 2nd round my legs were so heavy due to friday lactic threshold training, so in the end ran 3 rounds. After that cool down, then entered the pool for hydro training, first time there was so many people in the pool. Did 2 sets of the hydro, played games, and then back to the 2.2m pool side and had to run in the pool for about 3-5m. Must do 10 times, hands were very tiring. After that played flips, and then water netball again. Played till around 1.10 then went to bathe and home. Home for lunch, sleep and then got wake up call and then off to tanjong pagar, in the end so many people fly aeroplane leaving the 8 seniors. After dinner, to ps to find movie slot, but alll were either full or selling fast or super late. Therefore didnt catch any movie, tried to find things to do but couldnt, and then all left for home. Home sweet home! Tired but a fun day=)

BACK FROM TRACK ORIENTATION!

Whee! What a tiring day. Friday had the year 1 training and coach cancelled my training to look after the year one for the workout. They did hurdles and high jump! After that slow run around the school and then went to paste things around the school. Everything done by 0930 plus then went to bathe, eat dinner and then watched movie- transformers. But then most of them were either falling asleep or busy with their own things. Never mind, after movie, jinlong jinghao came back with food and we started playing daidi, one card 5 pumping/ crunches/ full squats/ flatter kicks! Played till around 3 plus before going around with sam to paste some of their clues. Went to sleep for awhile then went for morning swim. Swim finish bathe and then back up for breakfast and presentation. Juniors came and then started our events, icebreaking games. Shortly after, lunch came and had lunch, mr guru entertain them while me and rui went to paste more things around school. Back and started off the treasure hunt games at 1.35. Well all the teams did well and came back faster than expected. Swim and played water captain balls after that. After that, went off to eat, some at banquet while some at kfc. After that home sweet home! Slept the moment i reach home as was super tired.

School is starting soon!! Argh!! Why is it so fast?=(

OUTING DAY!

Today was a day out, lunch settle at marina sq seoul garden, it's been a long while since i ate seoul garden. Ate alot of things and then had this meat parade, all the meat cook and stack up and filled on plate. Haha, but there got birds keep flying around de, dont know how the bird got in either. After lunch was off to dohby gaut, carrefour, bought the waterbombs bag there. Planned to buy locks from there but then too exp. Headed to and fro from dohby gaut and grand cathay and in the end settle for the show " Superhero" at dohby gaut. Nice and funny show, Combined of alot of superhero movies into one major comedy show. After that was dinner at ljs and then back to tpy to buy locks. Almost done with everything for the camp already. Just hope the turnout of the camp would be good=) Camping in school tmr again!!

FIRST YEAR 1 TRAININGS!

Well today prepare for the year 1 orientation stuffs and got almost 80% done, isg meeting and then off to training. Only 30 frieshies turn up today, and soon it started raining, the freshies did a little of activity and then went off already. The rest of us had training. Today learnt new things again, must apply to all the other training already in order to be best of form of the upcoming competitions. Well saw a lot of potential year 1, hope they can stay on in the team and continuing improving themselves. After training, chiong up to SA office to mass sms all the juniors about saturday event, and went to mac, but after mac, must go back up SA office to reply what we miss out in the sms again. Off to mac and then home sweet home!=) Tmr outing day, finally after so long!! Camp on friday to saturday, quite looking forward to knowing the juniors=))

Today was race day again, 1500m. Last event of the race. Well it was much of a good race, although got first in the event, but the timing was sucky!! I realised that my timing has been deproving ever since ivp? Mayb i dont have someone to train with like last time, never mind then, i have a year to train before ivp, must really work super duper hard for it man, dont want to disappoint myself again!! After that bedok corner to have dinner with kevin rui zy, fried kuay tiao, cheng teng, and blueberry longan! Bus to dohby gaut and then home sweet home!

CLUB CRAWL DAY 1

As usual, woke up at 0830, because of the rain. Slacked at home till around 12 plus before going to meet rui at tpy and headed down to nyp to north canteen first. But the moment we saw the crowd, decided that booth first. Went down to booth, then took flyers then me and philip went to hall to give out already. Instead of giving out ours, we took others and help them give out too=) See the bonds between ccas=) Philip even wore the netball sandwich board, which was all girl pictures. People mistook that netball got guys. Haha. Lunch and back to booth to help out. Talked from 2- all the way 5, promoting different ccas that were outside. Celebrated matt birthday in the hall and then off to training. 30 mins recovery run, but wasnt such of a recovery run because it wa 75% effort! New p.b for 30 mins run=)) Cool down, tennis with the ogls and then off to dinner. Home sweet home after=) Alot of sa joined track. Wohohoho! Achievement!!!!Not bad managed to get up to 70 member today=)

AQUA-TRAINING/WORK!!

Saturday- went to school early despite being home so late on friday for aqua training. Coach was late despite telling us not to be late, had aqua trainings 2 sets, and then had a race! Well, after race was off to novena to have our lunch before proceeding to walk around and then followed by donuts factory. While the rest were talking and slacking and sleeping, walked around novena and then left for dohby gaut first to play photo hunt. Haha, broke record again=) Met up with the rest of the team to have dinner at somewhere i dont know. Played pool, shortly wy an ch came to meet us, taohuay at rocher road and then home! Tired day!!

Sunday- work attachment at great world. Their slam is like continuous one, wont stop one. Giddy andd stress la, because must key and work so fast!! Argh!! got change over to bar at the 2nd part of the day, well and that where the slam stop=) Totally can said was slack for great world. And jonathon the shift manager say that on saturday is their worst day where they can earn up to 4k? Wow, serious high volume store!! Haha work ended and home sweet home! Thinking should i meet up with the sw tmr? Hurrr pondering question!!

SBM ORIENTATION DAY 2!

Rained in the morning which dampen both me and siti mood, while we are on the way to school. Thought that alot of people wouldnt turn up, but when like at 9 plus people start to stroll in already and most of the SW people turn up, even though some were late, but at least they made the effort to come=) Yeah gather all of them at all, and soon rained stop, SW was the loudest in the morning!=)) So dont need to cheer so many times, once is enough! Went out to the hockey pitch and started various sports which was dodgeball first, SW won against AF! 2nd games, captain ball, SW won against AF=) Really proud of the SW0801=) They are just one batch of great and sporty people! Wohoho, went back into hall, played teambuliding games which was the coglate game and dragon catching the tail! Had a lot of fun playing with them. Soon it was lunch time, Family E decided on mouthfull(koufu). Lunch and then laptop road show and then back to hall to gather. Changed and out to the track to play wet games, SW won every match=) Wohohoho proud of them once again, and then when they played finish all four stations it was the ogl and subcom turn to play!=) Was having so much fun until someone diao people, make people from so happy to fcuk up! But never mind, back to hall, while i went to bathe, then met up with them, talked and chitchatted for awhile before the start of mr and miss freshie! SBM ORIENTATION!

Whee, today was much of a super fun and high day. First thing report in the morning at 7. Changed into our green t-shirt and move in to the auditorium. 7.57, first prople came in, SW0801=) Whohohoho earliest, show them ther seats and off me and ambrose went to grab people in from the outside, sorry enthu people are like these. Took many pictures today.=) At 10 everything was on time, started the loooooooooooonnnnnnnnngggggg talks, boring!! 1130 lunch time at forum till 1230, off we go to the sports hall for team buliding games, but then it was like so squeezy in the sport hall, like have to queue them long and got alot of misscommunication which causes alot of breaks inbetween. While playing zero point, had to change venue as they have to meet their pem. They moved on to their meeting room and we ogl collected their goodie bags. Got one thing to complain, their bag is thousands times better than our!!! argh!!! After that icebreaker and then move on to hall to gather and dimiss them. Well, had alot fun with both sw classes today, think that sw08 are the best and the loudest=)) Damn shag now, but had alot of fun!!=)

TRAININGS!

Training today was horrid. Late for training because had napfa tester job. Warm up and off to events 300m 250m 150m 150m. Well for 300m coach didnt say he was taking timing, and then when i saw malik blast off without coach timing, i tot mayb it's free run so when malik reach the finishing line, i blasted off. But who knows, when i reach there coach told both of us, who ask ur to go, i haven even signal!! Argh. Next was 250m, timing 34 secs, coach say if subaish run 300m lso can catch me, then ask me run on the ball of the foot which i cant. So for the last two set of 150m, i trying running on the ball of the foot, and it was painful!! Coach said because it was due to not using it frequently, as i am too used to the long-d method already. Anyway cool down and then they went back while i went tpy to eat, because quit macs already. Eating alone, doesnt seem nice. Home sweet home after!

Prepare for a stupid entry, i'm going to shoot out everything here. Firstly, thanks to you, you have made me known where i stand, really ought to thank you! All those unwanted thoughts in my mind, finally can just throw off, because it has already been made known to me. You have called them. I'm just nothing!Now i finally understand the proper meaning of the 4 lettered word _ _ _ _! 2nd, I have my own dignity and backbone, why do i need to follow a stupid name given to me? TRAINING!

Finally after much camping, it's finally time to settle down to train again.

Monday, went back to school early for orientation group leaders briefing and once again, although they told us that the briefing was from 2-4, it started at 0215 and ended at 0330. Slacked in sports club with nazri psp, and waited for kevin. Zy joined us for run too. Training for the day, 2*2.4km! First set was much of a all out as trying to keep up with kevin, yeah but sadly, still very slow. 2nd set did alone as zy and kevin was exhausted. Had a race against time, well it was bad, but not as bad as what i expected. Cool down excerises-the one that i came up with and end the day with amk hub for dinner.

Tuesday, went back to school, planned to train with uncle and naish but it kept raining, and so it dampens my mood to train, and off i went to bishan for dinner, and ps for gelere. Tmr will be coach speedwork training! Push myself just for a better timing in the following all comers which will be held on the 20th of april!

Well, was quite shocked by my timing, didnt expect it as kevin told me that i was hand timed 2'18. Well, thou it was a good effort for me to judge myself, but to others i still far lacking behind! Dozing off soon!

2ND ALLCOMERS!

Yesterday was the 2nd allcomers, well things just didnt go well. Didnt wake up on time to meet chors because the hp drop to the ground and i didnt hear the alarm until 0715, which was the time to meet her. Travelled all the way down, and was just in time to see the 5km race. It was a fast and exciting race. The first guy who was an ex-nypian clocked in with a time of 16'13. That was super fast! And his slowest lap was 1'20'88. That in turn would be my fastest lap if i would have run. 200m race up next, rui n chors ran. Boys event- malik, hafiz sihao and rahman ran. Well, that was all for the morning session. Headed out to bk at expo to have lunch, but sadly i couldnt because of the race. After lunch, slacked in expo awile to blow aircon, off we go back to simei and went coffeeshop to slack. At 2 came out to catch the first event for the afternoon race, 400m hurdles. Catch abit and then coach asked to do warmup. Done with warmup, coach told me something, and off i go to the reporting area. Race time, well was much off a easy race, and clocked in a timing of 2'18 according to kevin. New p.b as it was my first offical 800m race. Off to popeye and swensen to eat and home sweet home.

Well, afterall it was him who got the exta congrats from her!Good for you!

BACK FROM OBS!

Well, after a four days three nights obs course, finally it's home sweet home. Currently now at su room while the rest are outside training.

OBS day 1- meet in school, bus to puggol jetty and then met up with the rest of the obs instructors. Ferry to obs and about 75m away from the shore, the ferry stop. First task, abandoned the ship and must swim to the shore. A great way to get started. Same group with rui, en kai and peiru, ambrose and matthew. Those was the only people i know on the start. Group name was dhanabalan. Great group!!=) Washed up, changed and into everest- which was our learning room. Icebreaker, history of OBS and much more was learnt in the room. Drew our 16th member which was so called the perfect leader. Lunch and out to play traffic jam, 3 stages. First free and easy, next was strict, lastly was still strict but without communication. From that learnt that communication was important in a team. Out to belaying, had to learn the methods of it and then off we are to the inverse tower. Partner was En Kai, managed to do both the inside and the outside of the inverse tower with en kai. Great teamwork with my partner, as well as those belaying and those supporters=) Dinner and then back to learn more things in Everest. Learnt about the Johari window. Fire drill and off to supper. Back to bunk and called it a day.

OBS day 2- woke up at 0550, flag raising and then morning games with morning pt which was the 5BX exercises. After that was breakfast, after breakfast, went up to store, stock count and started packing for our trackking stuffs into the bags. Andy who was our facil, explained some things to us and then off we go to trackking. Matt was our pathfinder and en kai was stepcounter. Well, along the way, miscounted steps and everything but it was better, as those were the changelles faced in life! Yeah we have to overcome it together, if anyone was to give up, we wouldnt have reach our destination. Finally we reach to the querry, jumped in to swim/bathe, soak awhile and off we go to pitch our tents, done it quickly and off to outdoor cooking. Wen zhong and me ate super fast, as we the sea expedition leader had breifing. Was breif about the role and path and obstacle of the route and had to settle role among ourself. Did it, planned things and off to breifing to our group members, and soon powder bathe and off to bed.

OBS day 3- woke up at 4, had sentry duty till 5 before waking all of them up. Kept all our stuffs, breakfast and off we are to kaycking lessons, capisizing drills. When everyone was done, it was luanching time. Off we are, took a wrong turn in the swarm which was once used to be a prawn farm, but in the end we managed to find the mud pool. Mud pool was damn cham, crawl out but 3 was stuck it in, had to execute resuce mission, therefore went back to help them, and off we are thr the mud pool. Had to push quite a distance as we had 5 people on the kayck and could paddle as our kayck willl sink fast into the mud. Soon after very long managed to meet up with then rest and soon it was time to cross the road. Break for awhile before moving on out back to camp 1, it was a smooth sailing journey back=) dinner, lessons and off to bed.

OBS day 4, everyone overslept as we were all so tired, but managed to get there before flag raising cermony. PLayed games, 5 bx and run 3 rounds around OBS-inside joke. Breakfast, off to clean our equipments, bathe, back to everest for some lessons and off to lunch. After lunch was skid performing time and soon was the final debrief, certi giving and off we are into the jetty. Headed straight home after and knock out!

That all for OBS, really enjoyed myself alot and dhanabalan was a GREAT group!!=)

OGL CAMP!

Well in 9 hours more it'll be ogl camp and a series of camp is coming right up. People are asking me ehh you not sian of camp ar, this holiday go so many camps already. Well, camps are fun la, and sort of can say i like camps=) Well today went out to get things need for both obs and ogl camp. Managed to get everything by today already=) Well, one day of rest on sunday and it's a 4 days camp already. Tmr camp will be a fun want that what they say, and especially with the people around. Haha, not fun we will also make it fun=) last day to spend before a wk off from computer and home, and so once again i didnt feel like staying at home again, so decided to head outside till late late. Due to some selfish reasons, i'hv cause others to be suffering while i'm enjoying. Changing time, although it's not going to be easy. Yeah, camps ohh camp, shall blog after a major series of camp!

MEDICAL CHECK-UP

Today went for medical checkup for OBS, and all the thing was done, was to tick tick tick and then sign and chop. =.= Spent like 15 odd mins waiting, $26 for just filling up form and that it for medical check-up. How easy does a docter make money? Headed to ms for sakae sushi lunch buffet but went in too early so sitted awhile there before the buffet actually started. Though didnt eat breakfast and lunch, ate so little things and was super super full already! Left after one hour spend inside to catch a movie. Step-up 2=)) Nice dancing move and the story line, really represent life, causing the best always think that whatever they do is correct, and think that whatever others do are not approiate until they seen it before they own eyes to prove that they are wrong. Gelare after movie but was the one that was expected, forget it, must learn from mistakes! Home sweet home after=) tmr another obs briefing!

Well, today was just merely slacking, playing games and tv-ing at home before going to work. Work was fun, ohh well it's been more than 1 month plus since i did closing, luckily there's people there to guide me. Today the smoking corner is filling with tenangers la, then when cleaning up that time, so many ashes on the floor, grrrrr. FCUKING IDIOTIC DAY!!

Today is really a fcuk up day! KNN!! Let's start from the morning, morning woke up on a good start, headed to school to collect shoe then went to yck interchange to take bus! Fcuking hell the bloody 162 like ah ma like that, take so damn long to come. Knn, then after that reached mac. Weather was alright at the start, placed our things in guru car then the girls went to warm-up because they are flagging off first. Girl's race ended, then we went to warm-up. Almost want to run warmup finish already, the fcuking rain came, so heavy la!! Went to hide in the shelter, so squeezy so ran to canteen to shelter and did our warm up. Mr guru treated us milo. Afterwards then girls came up too, saying it is postponed, grrrr totally fcuking pissed off!!! KNN waste time. Headed home, taxi, bloody traffic jam and the fucking dont know what happen to the place i need to turn in, made me go one whole loop and make me wait wait wait, wait wait wait and then the fare also up up up in the end got until the bloody fcuking $15 from mac to home! Waolao ehh, i can like take from tpy to jurong already la!! Postponed= to dont need run la!!

CROSS COUNTRY RACE!

Tomorrow is cross country race day. Hmm, dont know will a new pb be formed tmr? Hopin that i can break my previous record. Hope the weather is alright, dont rain ar, tolong tolong if not i will come back cut and bruises.

On wednesday, didnt train because was feeling alittle down, so dont want to get sick so in the end didnt train, instead went to have pepper lunch for dinner, and i got the whole pepper lunch smell stuck on me throughout the journey home. Omgosh.

Thrusday, went out to raffles place for lunch, bubble tea, and then saw J-Co donuts was having some kind of grand function there, the whole store was close. Walked around wanted to buy slippers but then didnt saw any to my liking so in the end didnt buy. All the way to changi gloria jeans to eat blueberry cheesecake, but it was like the mark-out one. Grrr so damn hard!!! After that, dinner out and then home sweet home.

Today work in the mid-shift. Work was ok la, then suddenly like one hour before i ended work, it started to rain. Kuku, ended work, father fetch all the way to aunt house at changi. Played work cousin Wii, hand tired. Haha. After all, home sweet home once again. Tmr will be the day, the place which i used to once train with philip very long ago, but didnt went back for very long, wonder if that "home" feeling is still within me? Hope it is, had a planned out race pace with philip already, will be following what we planned out, hope it will bring me to a faster timing. SR NATHAN CUP!

NYP vs ITE in the finals of SR Nathan cup today. Met in school at 3 and then headed down to NTU for the soccer match. It's damn hot when we arrive there. First half nothing much, both side didnt score after much attempt. During second half, when me jinlong and kevin was buying food from the canteen, NYP scored leading the game by 1-0 and then towards the ending, nyp scored a 2nd goal leading them to their victory over ITE with a score of 2-0. Congrats to them=)

I'm still feeling a hangover from the leadership training camp, looking foward to the next ogl camp, which is a fun camp because no discipline camp=). Great day today. And sister said that she going kill me if she know i did that! such a bad sister, want to kill me=(

HAPPY, SAD AND BAD DAY!

Home sweet home from 3 days of camping. Well camping can be said to be fun and super duper strict!! First day of camp, must pack room just that our bags are organised, had ice breaker games, team bonding game, played with fire and many other things, overall it was fun but we got punished quite a few times.

2nd day of camp, we had telematch, our team got 3rd, kaycking we got 2nd due to our kayck almost capised but lucky didnt and then the so called "campfire", skid shows and miss betty. Copy camp focus de grrrr!!=X why "campfire" because instead of fire then use wax candle. LOL!! But overall was fun and pinkie skid was super duper funny especially the one with the budada clap! haha!

3rd day the most stupid day, copy camp focus de!! Got woke up at 3. Got 5 mins to pack things and gather downstair and then i was the first=)) But then alot was late, so must be in pumping position on the freakking sands leh!! waolao ehh, hold there at least got 10 mins la, kuku, the dont unds what is hand pain, think very easy to do. After that me chors and naz need not join in the activity at all, including morning pt and black market. Sit at canteen to sleep and look after the injured one. Got awoken up for photograph sessions because our team was the first to win the black market despite having only 4 people. =))) Cheers to pio pio!! Photographing sessions and then off to ite semei! shag out already when reach there, because damn freaking de tired that didnt even had the appetite to eat lunch. They left to have lunch leaving me and chors there looking after the bags but we both fell asleep. Woke up when mr guru was talking to chors cause she woke up first. Afternoon race session started. Rahman hit 10+ secs le, daryl break pb for 100m, philip break 1500m pb. Congrats!! Lucky for philip lucky chocolate bar, if not i doubt i would have survive the race. Somemore towards the ending of the race, suddden giddyness!=X lucky never faint. What made me so pissed was bloody hell i cannot bathe, then become so pissed off! like what the hell la organise there and said cannot bathe!! Bedok to eat, too pissed off to eat so didnt eat. Home sweet home after, super drained! Sleeping like now!! Nights!

BAD WEATHER!

Today, woke up at around 10 plus, online awhile then went to meet up with audi at parkway parade for lunch. Well, audi was the first to arrive therefore he walked around in parkway for like 2 rounds. And the lucky thing is when i was on the bus, it was having a slight drizzle for very long, and the moment the bus arrive at parkway shopping centre bus stop, it started pouring!! Argh so damn idiot, got drench on the way to parkway. Met up with zy and kevin soon after. Lunch at banquet, off to KOI cafe for bubble tea. At the moment, zy was sure that it wont rain because the sun was shinning so brightly. Walked all the way to ecp and then me and zy rented blades while kevin rented bike. After paying up, before getting the blades, it started slight drizzle, just for like a few seconds, so we thought it was alright. Put on blades, started blading for like 10 mins, rained came again, and it had 3 sessions, according to our theory. And kevin was like pek chek because he managed to peddle 5m on his own, then it started to rain. Rain about an hour, before the sky started clearing up, and off we went again. Blade/cycle for a while and then it started to pour again. Ask uncle for another hour because we didnt managed to play due to the rain, and he agreed=)) Rain stop, blade for quite long till the chalet that side, saw turtle crossing road too. Turn back and saw that kevin learnt how to bike already, just that dont know how to make a right turn. Me and zy went off in the other direction and then bloody weather, starting showering like mad, had to rush back all the way for shelter. First time went so fast, and no mistakes. Reach bike shop total drenched, rain stop awhile went to find kevin and audi but they werent anywhere in sight. At last found them at macs, but bloody rain started again. Took shelter awhile before going to return blades. Back to macs to clean up, and then off to gelare to eat icecream waffle, but i was too full so didnt eat. After that, walk to take bus to bedok corner to have our dinner. Bus home with everyone from there, zy first to alight, audi next, leaving me and kevin all the way to seragoon. Home sweet home! Well, fun day afterall and it was the 2nd time being drenched this wk. Thanks audi for helping all of us to carry our belongings=))

I'm back after so long, well holidays has past super fast. Been to many places during the holiday like T3, singapore flyer, IT fare and many many more. Well it's been travelling around singapore, not exactly all havent been to the west side.

Yesterday, finally the long waited moment of stingray has finally came=) Been saying it for so long until yesterday finally got to eat it. Met at kevin house watch fu lu shou till almost the climax then jinghao called and we need to go down to chomp chomp to meet him. Ordered hokkien mee, carrot cake, chicken wings, wanton mee, big cup of sugarcane and last but not least the most important thing, stingray=)) Though there are only like 5 people, it was still fun. After dinner, everyone was like so full. Headed down to bishan for 77th street, as zy wanted to buy earrings for her sister, but couldnt find any suitable one. Walked around and then jinghao fetched us to Dempsey Roah for P.S Cafe. The ambience there is super nice, cake with icecream, chitchatting and communicating with lizard was what we did there. Want to go there again=) but sadly no car!! Got free ride home, all thanks to jinghao=) Home sweet home, came home online awhile, super drained out therefore went to sleep.

Today woke up early again, gosh have to drag my sleepy body up! Headed to school to meet the rest for tennis but when reach school only jr was there, audi and kevin mia!! haha, but for the first time or mayb not kevin was not the lastest. Changed and time for tennis, played awhile before it started to have light drizzle, but still continue all the way till 3. Momo joined us too. We have endured thru shine rain and breeze today. But the rain somehow spoilt the tennis cause the ball kept skiding on the wet surface. Back to bathe and fotoshooting for napfa. We were jinlong models and audi was the photographer. Haha, lunch at 4? then back to slack before proceeding to watch the soccer match. First half nus score due to a mistake from nyp keeper, but 2nd half during the corner, nyp managed to equalise it. Full time score 1-1 penalty. The climate for penalty was like so high, and in the end, nyp won 6-5. Good match despite the rain. Dinner and then home.

Tmr ecp with the seniors and mayb jr for blading lessons and biking lessons. It will be a fierce fight between blading and biking. Who will emerge victory? We will see tmr. Starting work real soon, need cash for the month of april cause got lots of plan. Ohh ya, why am i having that dream that i didnt want?? It's so painful! Awww, and i got sunburnt for today=((

BAD DAY!

Well, today is considered a bad day. Had planned to go tree top walk today but then somehow it started raining in the morning. so went back to sleep and then afternoon time for movie- The Leap Years. Well nice and touching movie=) actually it's quite true, you always dont recognise the people who are good to you until you lost them. The whole freakking day is so cold, and i was like suffering!!After movie, to singapore flyers, wow it's nice there. and there popeye there too but not the oringinal one. Well asking people out to singapore flyers soon already=) Back to R.C for J-CO donuts, had fairlady, was nice=)Back to amk hub, met friends movie again, L change the world, is some sort like 28 weeks later the disease but then this is airborne disease. Overall the show i dont understand, or mayb i'm too tired already. Dinner and then back to tpy find people and home sweet home=) Why is today so cold for me??

Holiday is so so so boring. Well, cannot do anything but to rot at home or to go to school for training. Well, nothing had the leadership camp breifing and saw that the list to bring go camp is killer man!! omgosh! Sian, after briefing chiong to tiong baharu to have lunch and then back to school again. No coach work out was 600m* 5 fast striding strictly 5 mins break. Only 4 people train but one person did coach workout. Dinner and home, argh!! i'm so going to rent movies soon!!!! and i dead bored at home!

Today was totally rotting at home. Yesterday slpt at around 8 cause was totally shag out already and then at 10, body was burning like mad and then throat very dry. Think i was dehydrated from WWW. Woke up and drink water like mad then went back sleep. Computer whole day, except leaving home to tpy for like awhile then back home for tv and dinner. It was like years since i ate home cooked food, reasons i just love to stay outside rather than rotting at home. Not much plan for this week, except on saturday going chomp chomp to eat stingray.

EXAMINATIONS ARE OVER!!

Whee, on friday 22 feb at around 5.15pm, the moment the answer script was submitted to the teacher, i was totally free from examinations, that means to the end of year 1. The first year seem to have just started and now it's coming to an end. Well, holiday started and now preparing to wait for results.

Saturday- Went to queensway to get spikes nail but couldnt find any shop selling it, waste time only, walk up and down and tpy and queensway was like totally filled with those secondary school students asking for donations. Headed for maria house for bbq and then celebrated mike birthday. Bbq was fun but thru the overall process, somehow got burnt. Andrea was there too and she is much more friendlier. Headed home at around 11 as the next day need to wake up early for track chalet.

Sunday- met siao and rui at city hall and then trained all the way down to pasir ris to buy the bbq stuffs. Bought everything and then shortly after zy and jinlong came along. JL fetch us in to aloha loyang and then went to check in. Got the keys, dump the stuffs and then off to roller blading. Ok 2nd time blading not bad already, but these clever people choose to let me learn the pro way, up hill down hill. Fell down a few time, sprained hand, scratched leg and scratched hands. Rained destroy everything and then went to return back. Bicycle for overnight and then started bbq first and then the foods and it's rest time for me. Didnt get to eat much, then went out cycling all the way to tampines. Actually siao said that there was a shorter way back to pasir ris but i choose to take the longer path. Reach back chalet, the same old problem happen again, never mind shant say about it already. BnJ icecream was fun, us sitting in a circle passing to tub of BnJ icecream around to eat, rule is each one one spoon and then have to pass the tub, but clever audi turn it around to one scoop!! Went out to fetch malik in and then stayed in chalet already. Tried to sleep at around 3 plus but couldnt, only managed to sleep like for 15 mins or less? Book out, breakfast and kevin and zy was starting to physo us not to go WWW as it opens at one but we stayed on. Pool first, alright i admit the last game was abit sucky when i lost all my form. 6 of us headed to WWW while the rest leave and then started playing. Played everythin in WWW as there were very very little people in there. Played till around 4 plus, bathe and back to whitesand for dinner. Well, tuesday is getting nearer and nearer. The pressure is on, do you feel it? Well some are beginning to feel it and been asking around for people help. Even me is included. Sometimes, thinking back before joining poly, thinking that poly life would be much easier off than secondary school life, but coming back to think of it, i beg to defer. It is about the same, the stress can kill you off as well.

Lunch at tpy and then school to do micro paper and revise afa. Afa is done, just need a last revision on tuesday. Micro mayb doing one more paper over the weekend, and start memorising things, stats, doing more paper will help and pom not yet begin. I'm so dead for miss pretty and hot principal of management! Training was without coach, but he gave workout quite late, which was 200m times 10, but i forgo it, and did 1km times 5 with rest interval of walking 200m. Well timing is around the same at least didnt go over what i put as a target mark=) Gym after that, and then macs for dinner. Tao hui afterthat, put i didnt eat, because of the 6 packs that i wanted since so long! I shall give this a miss and eat tmr sushi instead=) Home sweet home after=)

Well, we are left with 5 more days before the examinations begin. Guess what?! The seniors are completing their examinations today! Argh! But it's alright. Yesterday studying was ok, managed to complete stats paper, and managed to understand alot=) Studied finish at around 1 plus and went back to clubroom to see the rest study while slacking, sleeping and playing games. Left school, down to cini to buy ticks for ah long pte ltd, but sadly left all single seats, so walk all the way to plaza singapura and luckily there got ticks. But all the movie there are fast selling and there's this guy who keep saying about the movie time and movie seats thru the mike. Dinner walk around and icecream before the movie. Movie was nice, and damn funny=) Ended movie around 11 and then home sweet home.^^ Today will be studying and threshold training, but the only problem is will coach come? hmmm.

Headed down to school at around 9 plus. Macs for breakfast and then chiong work. Afa and micro was for today and yeah i learnt alot of things=) Woots can say as effective learning today. Seeing all the people around me so pek chek but i'm there no stress=X haha cause mayb it's those module that i'm used to.=) Training start at 3 today, did dips push up rainning event and 4 ways stairs before proceeding to do napfa. Only got 6 people la!! grrrr!! and the clock is spoilt, must send for servicing, and ivan said always sw use things always spoil one=( but luckily not us. Napfa over, continue with training all the way till 8. Well training on monday is 4 hours long. Grrr must cut short already. thinking of what to remove out of the list. Well, CNY can be said as offically over for me, and it will be the study break period already. Got around 8 more days to go before the start of the first paper! That's fast. Well better start bucking up if not gpa is going to fall. Well, receive my laptop today=) Happy! and then after that went to watch kung fu dunk. Found out something about jay chou, always his show got something with tofu de. Then in kung fu dunk is the song lyrics got one part is go wear you qipao and dont let me take advantage of you(translate into chinese). But kung fu dunk is nice=) Entertainment and finally saw kim wee. Home and started working on this new laptop. Well, overall this laptop is consider good, but still abit wierd cause the screen on 12.1 inch like super small la, haven get use to it yet, but never mind as time go by, everything will be normal. Studying tmr, it's not time for slacking already=)

A DAY OUT

Today was a day to Mr Lionel place as well as celebrating hash b'dae. Headed to lionel place at 4 plus and saw that alot of the year 2 seniors were there already. Soon more and more people came, making the whole place so crowded. But after sitting awhile, we decided to leave to celebrate hash b'dae and birthday cake is cake nelson tan. i also dont know why but i was the want who came up with it. Bid goodbye to Mr Lionel and family, leaving behind jiawei they all to gamble only. Walk around thomson to find a place to eat, but sadly alot of shops were close so proceed to junctino 8. First thought was thai express, but alot of people, next kfc but alot didnt want so therefore b'dae girl decided with pizza hut. Dinner! After dinner, people left and then stay at junction 8 walk here and there, and then went to upstairs open air and sit there and "bond" Well, played games and stuff till 11. Home sweet home!

FIRST DAY ON NEW YEAR!

Well, every year first day of new year would be the same.

Breakfast roti prata and then proceeded to grandma house, collect hong bao, eat lunch and then porceed to cousin place, collect hong bao then and thirdly to another cousin house to collect hong bao. But this year was abit different cause i didnt go to my third cousin house cause was too lazy. anyway there also nothing much to do beside eating dinner and playing ps. So decided to go home to pig and then out to find brother. Enter was definitely filled with people today, well so long didnt been to tpy arcade, sure changed a lot at there. Saw alot of people there. Haha but then was abit bored there la. But then cause very long never pei brother le, so stay there till 1030 before going home. Home was definitely bored again but tom and jerry; popeye and olive did entertain me. Haha childhoon memory!=) Tomorrow going out again.=)

Hello people! Happy New Year kudos!! It's the new year already!! Well, school yesterday, afa lesson only, went thru 2 question for fixed assets and then off. Ended half an hour earlier!! Walk to amk hub to buy bubble tea. Found out that tmr which is today and the day after bubble tea prices will increase by 30 cents!! After that went train down to orchard and then queensway!! Home after that for lunch, help to run errand, computer and then sleep awhile before being woken up to go to grandmum house. Tuan Yuan Fan, tv and then back home!! Watched shows after show and then counted down=) Whee~ Face off now, going off to sleep soon! Tmr going house visiting le!

It's tuesday already. 2 more days to chinese new year=)

headed to school early today, studied pom first three lecture before heading to koufu to have lunch. Effective oral communication up next. When i went into class only got 2 person in class, charlene and susanne, thinking that it might be another very little people session again. But later, more and more people turn up and had the ranking thing to do again. Ranked ranked ranked, sit in group discuss and then present, and that the end of the lessons. Ended at like 3 and then went back clubroom. Saw the guai people all there studying so i decided to join in the gang. Revised on what i wrote before for pom and managed to remember alot of things. Chit chatted in club room with jia wei and philip, waitied for wanyin to finish "visiting" her teacher, then cab down to far east. On the journey in the cab, the smell of the cab made me headache and felt like vomitting and that wy keep asking why i so quiet!! Got off cab, head spinning in circle already and then went to find the airbrush shop, but in the end they didnt get airbrush cause was too afraid. Well, made me so sick and tell me that!! grrrr!! Went to wisma to shop, and then chorhoon left soon after followed by husky. Me and wy went to yoshi to eat, and went queueing up to buy food, saw sam and kevin walking to pepper lunch. Called them and we had yoshi together. Didnt know that sam also never eat pepper lunch before. Haha=X After dinner, accompany them to go shopping, shop after shop and finally at levis, kevin bought his stuffs. One thing i must comment, the bloody VIP changing room in heeren levis is super nice, got 2 comfy chair inside too. Kevin bought his stuffs, leaving sam very little time to buy his. Walked back to cini and wy left. Walked around awhile and then trained home. Home Sweet Home, but i'm still having the giddyness now=( Tmr having tuan yuan fan=)

A BRAND NEW START!

Frontpage presentation in the morning was totally bizarre. Had a total fun time laughing throughout the presentation as some groups were really funny. But the only problem is before the start of the presentation, she was nagging like some old granny. Grrr can't stand it, but since it was the last lesson, therefore learn to forgive and forget. Lessons ended early, canteen and sa office before proceeding to stats tutorial. Stats tutorial, went thru that one question, go thru last wk work and end of lessons. Well it ended early once again. College book store and koufu then after, outside clubroom for studying. Studied afa but was too lazy to do depreciation thing, so skip all the depreciation in the work. Slacked, and waited for trng to begin. Warmup and then along came coach. 400m, 200m and 100m was today speed test. Well, it was generally good. 400m, new pb agn, 59 secs.=) 55 seconds i'm coming to you. Break 10 mins and then 200m. 26 secs! argh that damn freakking slow. Going to get 24 seconds in 3 months. Lastly 100m, and one thing i must say. Me and sam was waiting for him to give the command for the 100m, but he did subaish and atitke( dont know how to spell) 400m, the two twin brother 60m, and then started walking towards us. He totally forgetten about us, but when he saw us, he walked back and signal. 100m, 12.76. Well consider new pb, hoping to get down to 11 soon to do get my pure speed fast enough. 3 months of pure pushing, since it's the holiday month and i will be a different person after that. Soccer with the sw seniors, friendly friendly one, and then macs for dinner. Are we train-ing home later? Haha. Home sweet home, dad and mum ask me forget about the incident already. Studying tmr agn, and then town!=)

Zong Er Yan zi, tmr is frontpage presentation. I think i know which part to present already. Omgosh hope i dont die tmr. Today somehow i dont know how i managed to wake up around 8 plus super close to 9 to watch tv. Watch tv all the way till 1 before calling some pig. But the problem with this pig is that the pig haven wake up. So well, bathe and prepare everything b4 coming online. Well, and the pig finally woke up. Rained therefore meeting was push-up abit, but soon the rain turn down and headed down to bugis. Dad fetched=) finally he's back to good mood. Reached bugis and then headed to hello shop to get replacement card but then can't cause parents wasnt there as they are the authorised person who signed the thing. Grr, went to adidas shop and then waited outside hello shop till 2.45 waiting for husky. But then she didnt so went to the arcade thinking that she was there waiting. But when i reached down, looked up there is she. Lunch at mos before making our way to g2000 to find my shirt. But the wierd thing was that i forgetten direction there, but in the end managed to find our way there. Bought the shirt and then trained down to city hall, walked to elspande library to study micro. Ok, we were hardworking, managed to revise thru every chpt.=) Except for the tutorial 8 which i just couldnt get it right. Well was 6 plus when we left, headed to suntec to eat dinner and then had red ruby. After that walked all the way back to suntec and home.

Mixed feeling day!

Well, today i dont know what am i feeling. Sad, angry and happy, all the mixed feeling within me. Got lecture again, i know that this is going to continue for a few more days. I can only blame myself to be so careless. Stayed home the whole day, didnt want to go out, did housework and watch movie the whole day. Grr can u imagine how bored i am? Watch movie after movie, like movie marathon like that, but the problem is that i dont understand the stupid movie! Nothing just get into my head. Time just fly super slow today, but at least i receive something sweet from someone. It was sent last night and i didnt read it till today. Thanks anyway. Somehow i still can't seem to forget those things, it might take time before i get use to it. I just lost a lot of impt things! Well, let those things be memories then, and i shall be extra careful next time.

Well friday just suck to the core! Lessons everything was fine, but in the morning after afa lessons, i forget to take my hp and lost my hp. Napfa time, place laptop in napfa registration room, come back lost again! Fcuk is the only word i can say. Totally had nothing in mind when laptop was being stolen. Called parents, got lecture and then called police. Did report and everything. The person who stole both my hp and laptop, may u die in fucking car accident, bang and run on the surface on the floor ar, walk also slip and fall and break all your bones, eat also kanna choke to death la. Just die la, idiot asshole. Steal steal steal, only know how to steal, bloody asshole, you better dont let me catch u, if not i make sure i will kill you myself, even if it is prision. Got lectured again when i got home, happy chinese new year become a sad chinese new year, why is all because of me. Haii, it's all me! Ya i should have just disappear from this world la like that everyone will be happy. Nothing more to say already, just make sure you this bloody theif dont let me catch you, if not i will definitely screw you alive, bastard! Kns you just totaly ruin my life. Now i wont even have a laptop or handphone, until i save up 2k and return to my parents. 2k leh, you think small sum ar u knn! Went to school early today to do frontpage project. Well, managed to add in a few more things and completed doing the form. =) Thanks! Effective oral com was short 1 hour lesson followed by another hour lessons in micro, as damein was giving us tips and going thru some qns. That was what in school. Trained off with lan and rui to cityhall, before lan left for work, while we headed to bugis. Ate yoshinoya, shopped around bugis and walked bugis street. Bugis street was packed with people. Gosh. Bought a full set of samuel and kevin shirt and jeans. Saw g2000 long sleeve shirt, getting it on thrusday. Dad's paying for it=) Walked around till 8 and home. Lazing at home. Didn't study today=(shoes was mentioning abt studying tgt already like in sem 1=)

MONDAY BLUES?

HOHO IT'S A NEW WEEK AGAIN!

Examinations are coming soon, and well it time to start off studying

and YES, i did it today, well studied stats today with husky. =)

Hoho study time= stress period.

Will i be able to catch up everything? i hope so!

Studied today till i lost track of time, went to the canteen and found out that it was already 1630, so couldnt get anything to eat=( Back to clubroom, change and get ready for training. Well, the moment i step into track, i was omgosh another doomsday training, but well towards the end, it is good training. Didnt warm-up completely as i was too lazy at the start of the training therefore heartrate was only 14 for 10 secs. First set, 300m under 38sec. Me jiawei sam and philip in a group. Well, this race is super fun, cause i need to push myself to chase jiawei but it was too late the moment it reach the curve. Well 38sec? Impossible to me now, but give me 3 months, i will be there. I assure that with the training that i am undergoing. Took heartrate again, shot up to 20 the first try and 18 then 200m under 25 secs. Well once again didnt hit timing 26 sec but nevermind will improve further. Heart rate was 15 and then last set 100m all out. 12 sec sia!! woahahahah, coach couldnt even believe it!=) New p.b!! To end off the day, lunges 100m*5. High knee lift 50m in between sets. Wohoho, my speciality=) After that was hamstring stretch. KUKU! almost crap at my hamstring. I told coach later my hamstring tear how and subaish said he will use glue to paste back for me. Well crunches and that end of training. Well will wednesday be curcuit? Not sure yet. Macs for dinner and home=) Slacking and lazying at home currently.

Well, i'm not going to give u up like these, though i do not know what to do with you now. Will scolding you help? Will it bring u back? We have tried everything to help you already, but if you yourself do not have that extra effort in yourself, no matter what we do, we will just be doing it for nothing. Well, seriously we do not want to see u lacking behind, but at this point of time, i sad to say i'm sorry because you will be just one the people lagging behind, unless you wake up and know what is important to you now!

Boring sunday is what i can say.

Why can sunday be more fun?

Woke up at 10, slacked at home till around 230 b4 dad fetched me to work. Well everytime go work, confirm rain one la, damn suay sia. Grr that what always spoils my mood. Work was also boring, never mind at least i found out something from some of the partners. Well, after just 4 hours of working, i'm like totally worn out already, dont know why. All my energy seem lost into space. Finally a long wait for 8pm came. Ended work, dad fetched me home again=) Reached home, watch x-men while eating dinner. Slacked thruout and did stats. HOW BORING A SUNDAY CAN GET!!

Today woke up at 8, cause yesterday slpt super early, like immediately after i bathe. Computer, manager msg and call, askin me to go on attachment, but i couldnt. husky woke up not long after, then met her at 1230 at city hall. Well our train arrive at the same time, i tot i was going to be later. Proceed to funan to collect my sayang. It's been one week! After checking everything, went to kfc to have lunch. The vegetable for the zinger meal is placed exactly as the one in nanyang poly!! Grr! Went over to city-link adidas and to suntec one, to buy adizero for cny!=) Finally bought it, whee~ =) Someone is so jealous. Went back to raffles to find wy at work, saw her at the fitting area but she didnt noticed. Siao came after that, played hide and seek awhile but decide to cancel it. Went back to suntec to find kevin. Surprise to see zhao yuan there too. They bought pants there i think then went to take shuttlebus back to rc to meet ch. Proceed to b&j to have icecream and to find rachel, but she reported for work late. Sat for awhile, while zy there doing her drawings. Went shopping and then to marina to have dinner. Tomyum banmian, kk never mind shall not comment on it. Tao hui after that, and home.

Today got morning call from sam asking where was i cause i was holding on the key of the clubroom. Woke up and then headed off to sch. Reached around 11 plus and then stay in clubroom to do frontpage project, but was kind of stuck! Slacked till 12.45 and kevin came back from lesson. Lunch with jinlong,ivan and kevin. Chor hoon came along soon after. Was inform by jinlong that me and chorhoon will be doing napfa tester today. After lunch went back jinlong office to settle isg event timing and dates followed by doing the sport club notice board which was outside koufu. Mr guru said to move geo board all the way to the end so me and ch did it. Took a picture of it, and placed back exactly the place how we took out. Ok not so much of exact. Husky came too. Canteen to slack and back to clubroom to do some stuffs. Changed and went up to do the tester, kevin didnt want to lead us, so me and ch have to do everything on our own. Warmup and start the test. Well, almost 90 percent is foreigner and well, never the less, mood was kinda spoilt. After napfa, alittle lazy to run therefore go train for high jump! New p.b for today. Lynn did her new p.b too. Grats to her. Dinner at hub and then home!

SINGAPORE RECORD DAY!

Today was a great day=) Receive sms from jinlong at 5a.m in the morning saying that hydro was cancelled. Switched off alarm and went back to sleep once again all the way till 11, before preparing to go to school. Reached school at around 11.30, went to clubroom wait for it to be open as kevin was still having lessons. Saw malik coming, and he said that he done 240 pumping already. Haha, went up stadium as he said he wanted to run. Kevin called and went back down to clubroom before going to atrium to see the push-up thing. Mr guru and jinlong was there. Lunch with malik and kevin at koufu before heading back to do pumping. At first only wanted to do one set of 10, but ended up aiming for the top prize which was 300 pumpings. Chiong the 300 pumping and then redeem the prize. Movie ticket, event shirt, water bottle.=) Break wanted to find wanyin but couldnt find the lecture hall. So went to SEG to look around and then went back to do pumping, now aiming the 200 pumping to claim another thing. Well managed to do it with 10 from sam and 10 from daryl. Claimed prize and rested throughout. Stayed for the closing ceremony and then prize presentation before going back to do the isg things. Well isg have been confirm, 800m 1500m and high jump. Contacted people with regards with their email address and then dinner was buffet which was supposed for the helper, but many left. Back to clubroom, slacked awhile before heading home. Well, we broke the singapore record of the most pumping done.=) AND I BROKE MY OWN PB 500 PUMPINGS=)

Well, heard of bad friday before? Well, there is also bad wednesday which so happens fall on the 09 of January. Day started off well, afa followed by pom and then pom tutorial. But towards the evening part of the day when training all started, the bad omen came.

Had to do sledge with the starting weigths of 5kg. The first set that i started doing, the rope tripped me and you can see a blue elephant sliding on the red track! Well use hands to stop most of the impact therefore hands suffered the most. Legs got scratched abit too. That slide cause my body to be on "fire". Thanks for all the concern. Well, stood up and continue doing it once more time and managed to control it well already. FIRST FALL OF THE YEAR!!=( Well, injuries are just part and parcel of training so yeah got over with it. Did sliedge 3 times, twice with 5kg and the last one with 10kg. 300m times 10 later, fast striding and 3 mins break in between. Completed it but very difficult to hand swing cause injury was at that spot. Crunches next followed by sissors kick with sam. Bathe, apply the achocol and the injury was burning!! Macs for dinner and home. Tmr having the pumping things, helping jinlong to call people, be his runner and doing hydro in the morning! Hope tomorrow will be a fun day!

TUESDAY MORNING WAS SUPER BAD!

Morning referring to after midnight last night.

Well, maybe i'm just thinking too much and got quite pissed off

and thinking that trying to get to sleep might allow me to forget it

but it keep staying in my mind distracting me from sleep

got the temptation to go back to my laptop

but resisted the temptation as i might get hurt even more.

Finally after 2 went into deep sleep!

Met up with rui and rachel for lunch at koufu today. Had yongtoufu for lunch, think is better than north canteen one by alittle bit. Up to oral comm less and well slping time again until my hands suddenly felt damn cold, dont know why? Had the last quiz and did with jiaxian, pass it=) wohoho and receive back oral comm ica2. Well it was that well done then the first one. Lesson ended and then micro next. Formed group for micro project and then started on lessons. Lessons ended at 6, headed to marina squ to get their spikes followed by pastamiana for dinner. Super full after the dinner that even the thought of gelare disappear from mind. Walk around suntec before going home. Completed afa and pom homework already.=) Wohoho! Hectic week next week, omgosh someone please save me!!

Stats was doomsday! Well shall not think about it anymore.

Had napfa meeting with mr guru and jinlong with the other nafpa trainers and testers, well just for this we got our first pay=) Mr guru joked and taught us alot of things, and even teach up rounding up and rounding down! Haha, well signed contract and then headed for the speed training!! Dymanic warm-up again and was being leaded by malik as me malik and nasri were all late for training, we were taking our own sweet time to change! After warm-up, time for training. Ch, mandy, crouch, wy all did 200mX10. Phew luckily it wasnt us!! Yipee!=) The remainding of the sprinter was 300mX3 under 42 secs if they cant hit it, they will do 5 sets, but most of them managed to hit it!=) Grats! Mid d tgt with subaish and one more guy, did 400mX3. Well our timing was under 65s and for the national theirs was under 60s. Well broke pb again in 400m, pb was brought down to 60s instead of the previous 64s. =) Timing was quite consistent, 60s, 62s,62s. Last set could have gone even faster but never mind, all was under my previous pb, happy le=) Bounding and crouches followed by a slow run around the school with malik was all for training. "Father" was there running at the track agn and he went to talk to crouch agn. LOL!! Macs for dinner as it was too late, and then home. Tmr school starting late=) Shuang le, can sleep! Getting spikes for with them tmr.

Work was at valleypoint today, luckily dad fetched me go if not i will be so late, cause i couldnt wake up on time. In the end reached valleypoint 10 mins earlier, luckily not late, if not jiu cham liao! Clock in, POS and slam started coming in during 2 please, making me so blur, drop things, forget give change and everything. Omgosh la, i was super blur at work today dont know why, mayb still very tired from last night. Break for 30mins that time, had nothing to do cause valleypoint really had nothing inside, except for the cold storage. Zzzz, luckily never work there, but being attached there was fun as the staff there were all very fun working peeps, tp also the same. Back to using lama, wohoho didnt use it for so long already, still had the feeling for it=) Valleypoint alot of angmo one, and alot of drinks they ordered people at tp wont order de, so at first abit coufusing. Saw alot of people studying and doing project there. This 7 hour flew past damn fast la, soon it was time to clock out le. I was the one the newcomer in sb at there, as they all have been working at least for 1 year la. Home and started studying stats, well managed to squeeze everything it, well tmr during lab shall squeeze the remainding things in. Gosh and speed work tmr, please please please dont let us do 200m*10.

Saturday, slpt till 10 and couldnt sleep anymore. When i woke up, found out that there wasnt a single person in the house. Gosh!! Slacked, studied stats, chat, music and games was what i did before going down to United Square SB to collect syrup! luckily dad fetched me there, if not i would have been drenched already by the stupid on-off rain. Reached thomson in about half and hour, and found out that joyce was the manager on floor. Closing with rinny and riyah was fun, our pre closing started quite early as not even a single soul dropped by at our shop. Argh! Closing was pretty fun although it was quite slow, we still ended it earlier than expected. Heard from rinny that now the bus will be in transit, which mean we will have to go to newton circle to change bus, then got shocked, which means i will have to reach home later than expected, but luckily we need not go to transit, as there were only 2 locations. Reached home at 3, and here i am blogging. Well well, tmr will be having attachment at Valleypoint, can go down beat mousquito already.

SPEED TRAINING!

Gosh friday lesson was so boring as usual. Afa first lesson teaching fixed assets. Lessons ended, pom next, i did my work ok?! Haha, receive back pom paper, was higher than expected but still failed=( awww! lunch with the 3 mad peeps again at koufu as before that was doing something in koufu. Western for lunch and then back for effective oral comm lessons. Dozed off during his lessons and woke up during break cause my face was super pain, hand cramp too=( Headed to clubroom after that and went alvin and the chipmunks one more time. Haha, prepare for training, but it was raining. Bored, since it was raining, ran indoor 5 times which was 7km. Started the last as was downstairs changing when they started running. Push myself again, but the muscle was aching. Next was using spikes, since the rain stop. 100*8*3. 30 sec break in between and 3 min break between sets. Ludges 100m*3 after that, and leg was already cramping during the 2nd set, but didnt stop. Therefore suffered the after pain of it. As i felt that cramp was going to come, i went for a slow jog around the track but to the 300m suddenly both leg cramp up. Tried sitting down but in the end jump up as the pain was too painful! Walked back with the both calf cramping. =( Losen the muscle, did crunches and then my leg totally gave up on me le. Totally no energy, even walking around the track also have alot of difficulties. Alright, I'M WEAK THAT IT!! Dinner and then back home. Worned out already.

Well, thrusday had never been so boring before. Lessons was soso, stats followed by micro. Woots, scored by micro=) but going to be doomsday for pom tmr already=( After lesson, headed to clubroom with husky. Waited for kevin to come to open the clubroom but in the end mr guru came first therefore we went into the clubroom. Visited the SHS isg booth, wow their response is pretty good. We are so going to be dead. Dicuss about something back in the clubroom, and then watch alvin and the chipmunks agn as i had nothing to do. Saw big firdaus today, later they went for tea-session with the principal as the debating team won or something like that. Slacked, walked to yck mrt back with movie agn and then after movie, slpt in clubroom with no one looking after the room. A big risk that i took. Training with ahlong, kevin mr guru and sabby. While waiting for sabby, me ahlong and kevin did dips followed by pumping 5 set of 10. Soon after sabby came and went for a 8km run outside school. First round was alone in front following behind was sabrina, but at the 2nd round kevin speed up making me follow his pace due to dont know what madness in me, but i managed to follow his pace for 2 rounds. His pace is like twice as fast as mine la!! At the third round, we ran in the stadium for the reminding rounds as kevin suggested it. Last lap was pushing to catch up with sabby as she overtook us when we were running in the stadium, cause she didnt turn in. Felt my muscle buring already at that time, never push that much for a long-distance event b4. Managed to overtake her near the finishing line. Break, waited for ahlong and mr guru and they came back in awhile. Striding 100m times 5 and then crunches followed by javelin throw. Haha=) Macs for dinner as too tired to walk. Home sweet Home. Did homework, and thinking tmr long jump training.

Yeah yeah, you can do it. Dont give up, save as much as you can, must save alot of money for the next few event. Haha=)

FIRST SCHOOLING IN NEW YEAR!

First day of school in the new year, 2008! Well have to wake up early again! Woke up at 0730 and trained down to school. Today only had afa lessons as pom lesson was once again cancelled! Omgosh how many lessons is she going to cancel without making up for it! I'm so lagging behind in pom already!! Afa was ok, as i did my work already but only on hardcopy. Had 2 group presenting their show and tell which we spent most of the time on. Lessons ended, clubroom and out to what i called"city-hall" but what i meant was orchard! Went to buy things, have lunch, shopping and back to school to give our flyers and grab people for isg track and field meet. Managed to get a few, back to clubroom, and then training was so unexpected. I tot when coach said warm up, was the 2.4km warm up but in turn turn out to be the dymanic warmup. Speed work after that, 600m times 3, with a timing of 1:43; 1:45; 1:51! First two timings was alright but the last one freaking way off! Forward throw and backward throw using shotput ball instead of medicine at the long jump pitch! Dinner and home=)

GOODBYE 2007, YOU HAVE BEEN A WONDERFUL YEAR!=)

HELLO 2008, YOU HAVE MADE ME OLDER BY ONE YEAR AGAIN!

2007- Went to meet rui at dobhy ghaut first, before going to have dinner, as ch was meeting us late. Saw the cruise promotion till march!=) Hope we can make it. Down to grand cathay to buy tics for AVP2 for 3 as philip said not to buy for him. In the end he called and we were suppose to buy for him, and we tried our luck seeing whether we will be able to get the seat next to us, but sadly it was being bought by someone else. Ch came, walked around dhoby gaut and back to grand cathay to watch the movie at the grand cathay. At first, we thought that sound is going to scare us out, as it was damn loud but in the end it was alright but the 2 peeps were like being scared out! haha=X Movie ended at 10.58 and we catch the bus all the way to ecp. Reached ecp, called kevin and wy and siao but they haven arrive and started to find zy as kevin said she was at macs, but it turn out she wasnt in macs. Siao came, followed by kevin and wy then went to find zy with her friends. Shyt the spray is back again argh!! the thing that i didnt want to get hit by this year. The last thing i did this year, was to clean off the foam away from my t-shirt and went to the beach to "hide" thinking it was the safest place.

2008 started soon, no firework just some lights in the air flying about, guess it was the kite. No firework, and the few of us was standing there like a mad idiot.=X In the end, walked off, zy decided to go upper east coast for pub, but then either the pub close too early or it was too crowded. Therefore, we left zy and headed to airport. Airport had the most happening things. only people there will know what happening thing was there, macs for morning supper, and then went back up to viewing area to slack/sleep. Broke p.b for tonning at airport.=) Left at 6 plus after wy caught an aeroplane flying off. Reached home and knocked out. Airport was fun with the peeps.=)

Started of 2008 was a happy moment for me, result was known to me, it's alright!=) Dont think too much sha gua! Thanks for the support for the 2 person, good luck to yours too! All the best!^^

wow, everything just zoom past so fast? the new year is approaching and 2007 left me with some hugh impact.

Sentosa with the mad people, couldnt get sun-tan in the end get wind-tan but at least the good old sun is good enough to at least get some peek away from the could for like 10 mins? Weather was so on off, awhile drizzling awhile stop awhile sunshine. Gosh, soon dark clouds came, and it started raining, but luckily we were bathing already. After we bathe, the rain stopped too. Wierd shower at sentosa. Off to vivo and harbourfront centre to walk around before heading down to tajong pagar to eat the sakae buffet at cpf buliding. Reached too early and then walked around the cbd area, headed to amoy street, played poker till 515 before heading back to sakae for the buffet. Buffet was fun but i broke my promise of only eating 3 plates, ended up i ate more than 3 plates! Chitchatted laugh joke, especially laughing at other people joke was the best! Sat from 1730 all the way to 2100 before paying up, as we wanted to be the last desk to move out of sakae, faced really strong competition from the opponent team. Well, trained home, slacked awhile before heading off to bed. Working later, hope i do have the energy=)

Thrusday is over once again, it's friday already. Guess what? It's 28 december 2007 already, left a few more days to the year 2008. 2007 year had just flew past us and in a few days time it's going to be new year!

Meet up with pom group in the morning but it turned out to be some miscommunication between the manager and us. Nevermind, it was soon settle and we proceed over to his office to interview him. Interviewing him was alright and learnt alot of things that can't be learnt in a textbook. Haha, interview time was about 1 hour. Ended around 12.30 and then some went school, went work. Lunch at cini foodcourt with rui, caught a movie redline, walked around, slacked at starbucks wisma before going to work. Work was pretty boring but then have to accept it, remember some of the regular customer faces and drinks already. Kumar and friends came visiting today at store=)Closing was fast and we ended half and hour earlier. Waited for van and got home first again. Well tmr be working and having store meeting. Hope can go down to join the track team for dinner tomorrow!

Well let me ask you, how do you eat a elephant? and if there's a fight between a crocodile and an elephant, who do you think will win? Guess the right answer!!=)

CHRISTMAS IS OVER, AND NEW YEAR IS NEARING!

NEW YEAR RESOULTION, NOT YET DECIDED.

Well, turkey, ton, food, movie and everything is over on christmas eve night along with the track mates. Today training almost made me puke for one reason, i dont know. Ate lunch at 12 plus and food should have digested by then, never drink water never munch anything already, so why do i still feeling like puking after the 2.4km run. 2.4 run was pretty sucky, still can't managed to break into the sub 8 mins! Why? i'm always just a few seconds away. Am i that lousy? Haiz dont know why, mayb it is just me i shall just accept that fact! After 2.4km was the exercise that coach taught us. The pain was even more unbearable then the previous one. Mayb it is because of the lethic from the 2.4. 100 times on each leg then striding for twice. Hurdles tuck jump was next, with mats placed on the floor. Why? I'm not very clear myself too. Tuck jump 100 times and then finally striding 3 times with both of the method he taught us. Crunches 120, pumping 15, crunches 50 and last 15 pumpings before going to gym for workout. Damn tired that my hands almost gave way. Bathe and dinner at mac cause his training and chit-chatting with the father was way too long. Home and tmr will be a long day, project meeting followed by a 5hour plus break and work!

Saturday work schedule was being changed to noon as zul couldnt make it on time for his working time so exchanged with him. Blazed under the hot sun throughout work together with xiang, nazri and ana. Not much sales during the mid afternoon, but after 4 people start coming in. Guessing it's the time where family are all dropping by for dinner. Ended work at 6 on the dot, receive sms from husky, and then went to buy mum b'dae present! Home and then slacked throughout the night.

Sunday was pretty much a slack, woke up around 10 plus for breakfast, tv till noon b4 going back to sleep again and got woke up just before lunch. Games, chat and everything before going out to westlake restaurant to celebrate mum birthday! Dinner was great and dad foot the bill. =) Queensway shopping centre next. Saw alot of things that i wanted to get but didnt bring money along, so shall wait till next month pay! Brother bought shoes and slippers there, but i can't find the shoes that i wanted. grrr! But i saw this sunglasses, adidas one, $290 for the frame, haven count lens and everything, and i'm so going to get it!!Wohoho, and someone scolded me mad already. Haha, home and movie time! Argh, my brain is forever dead, always can think of the first plan, but can think for an alternative plan!! Sian, why am i always like that?! Gosh, there's still alot of work to catch up!! Left with one week of break! Zzzz.

Hello good old friday!=)

Today was especially good, i thought about everything and have decided not to drown on it anymore. Though it's saddening, i decided to push myself to the limits and be the one whom you once expected me to be.

Woke up at 10, bathe slack and then head for school. Arrive at school, and sadly there was no one in the clubroom, no sam, no kevin and no jinglong=( did project and had lunch all alone outside the clubroom. Completed html project by 1 and started watching movie b4 kevin arrive. Watched 2 movie b4 training, which was stomp the yard, and remember the titans.=) After that, went to run, the first few steps were especially difficult, the moment i land my foot on the floor, the pain in my thighs and butt were unbearable. Endure thru that pain in the run and soon around half the round, legs become numb of the pain, but instead lethic bulid up. Super painful for my thigh, wanted to stop at the first lap, but as i made myself a deal, i completed the 2 laps. This was the worst 3.2km run that i have ever run in my life=( After the run, thigh was super pain couldnt even walk down the slope to the clubroom, every step down is just like a torture to me. Reached clubroom, found they weren't there and went to swimming pool to find them. They were doing hydro in it, while i just rested on the bench before going to bathe. Waited for fan long to train finish b4 heading to amkhub for dinner. Arcade with crouch rui and kevin after dinner and rui and kevin eyes almost pop out when they watched the drummers play. Haha! Trained home.

To husky- Must take good care of yourself, dont want u to fall sick again. Rest more and dont keep staying up late. Like that you are toturting yourself and you will be super tired. No matter what dont give up, we will be there for you. Shoulders are there for you if you are tired too=) take care!!^^

Hello good old thrusday, you have drain me out totally!!!!!=(

Finally i let out what within me!=)

It's 1 past midnight and then me crouch and seran went for dota gaming. Guess what, each game loss equal to 500 pumpings. Lol, i was already off from dota way back but suddenly dont know what thing spur me to play it again, mayb it was the 500 pumpings?! The first few rounds that we played keep getting dc due to unknown reasons but finally we can play in peace until crouch change the configuration. Dota throughout the night and the last match was pretty boring. So didnt play finish the last match. Went out to watch them play mahjong, and the atmosphere was rather low at then. Kept walking in and out of the room cause had nothing to do and couldn't get to sleep. Watched youtube video, friendster, boxhead and everything but still couldnt keep me entertain. Therefore around 0630 went to sleep at the "L" shape sofa. Slpt for around half and hour and went the mahjong people left, i woke up and went back to the room to use the computer once again. Bored once again, and went to sleep at the $5000 dollar sofa. Siao took the big one, so i left no choice but to sleep on the small one=( Aww. Kept waking up a few times here and there and walked in and out of the room. Finally at around 11 plus everyone woke up, and then slacked awhile before leaving for home. Went back home, shower and out town with the maddies. Watched ruirui and the chipmunks again, walked around after that and then home. Dinner, tv, movies was for the night!

START OF HOLIDAYZAZA!=)

HELLO, HOLIDAY!

Holiday started off quite badly, firstly i didnt get my job request as what i requested for, and many others things. Therefore on monday, me and sam plan to meet in school at 8a.m for morning training, but guess what? I woke up 8a.m on the dot and had to rush all the way there thinking that he reached already, but on the way there, he msg me that he also just wake up. Did 2.4km farlet while waiting for him to arrive. But the time train finish was already exhausted, and sam just nice arrive. 2nd training of the morning was hurdling, tried jumping over 9 hurdles in a range of 100m first followed by doing a 150m hurdles just like in the ending 150m race of a 400 hurdles, but lethic came, and managed to do 2 sets only. Kept the hurdles, bathe and breakfast. After breakfast, went to "renovate" the sports club, shifted things here and there till we finally get a picture of the whole room. Well done to the 2 of us and of cause jia rui who was there helping out in the later part of the day too. From a messy clubroom, managed to clear it up to a neat and tidy clubroom with mats on the floor and a cosy forbidden sleeping area. Went for micro lecture and managed to recap those lessons once again. Ended early and it was raining when we came out. Sianz, went back to clubroom, out for a late lunch with rui and then proceeded for training. Training was doomsday, 2.4km around the school block and then did the leg lift against the wall. Each leg 500 times, in total 1000 times. Legs felt like cramping anytime and the calf was super hot everytime i did 100 times. Finally managed to complete everything, and went was striding 100m times 5 in the rain. Ended off training with crunches and pumping followed by light gym work. Hub for dinner and then home.

Tuesday- Met kevin, sam, siao, wanyin, jinglong for hydro training early in the morning at 0740. Madness. For the first time i ever wake up so early to do training and somemore hydro training, surprisingly the water wasnt that cold. Hydro for half and hour and then suntan awhile, really super awhile and then went off to macs for breakfast. Pizzahut for lunch later on and then slacked in the clubroom till 1730 b4 heading down to work. Slacked for work and then we closed super fast as there was 4 closer for that night. Reached home around 2 as i was the first one to be drop. Com and slpt.

Wednesday- Woke up at 1 plus today for the first time and then went to school to meet sam kevin and jinglong. Lunch and then slacked in clubroom till 4 plus before receiving a msg from coach saying that training was brought forward to 5. Inform the rest. Training was tough once again, conditioning. First off was a light run around the track 1.2km. Next coach said that it's going to be a super light training and we started questioning with. Lunges 100m times 10. But after that it was cut to 5 only. Legs was totally wobbling after it. Had to do some kicking on the floor after that b4 doing crunches to end off training for the day. Went to woodlanes to have dinner and then headed to shop&save to buy things b4 coming over to sab house to ton. I'm here already and slacking in the room with wy, while outside kevin computer, rui watching tv, jinglong;siao; sab and seran playing mahjong and crouch dota. haha that it for the day!

HELLO THE WEEKEND IT'S HERE ONCE AGAIN!!

Saturday, mood was ruin by the rain, it started to rain when i clock in not long! suay ar! Became very moody but after the rain, everything changed=) Work was alright on saturday except it was a little warm, fun working. Was station at cb1 again the same as the day that was working for the salvation army! Jasmine, a full timer from robinson 112 came attachment to our store, quite a friendly and cheerful person. Had fun working with her but only for a day cause during the week that she attached to tp i wasnt working at all. The twins sister parents came along at night to have a drink too. Jasmine bought pizza for us during the night but we were all too full to eat, expect for zul. Slacked at store for awhile before leaving for home.

Sunday working in the morning 10am, von said why do i sound so dead, obviously is i was tired, nazri also said why i sound dead, so towards the afternoon hot sun mood perk up. It was the enthu me again, "played" in the store being station at POS! A lot of happy moments in the store, but there's one particular moment that make everyone on floor angry. Shan't say it out. But overall working in store was a fun moment! Ohh ya and more thing, didnt receive tan tock pay because of my ic number wrong, i was born in the 1960s instead of the 1990s. That why!! Tmr double training with the mad guy! hmm can i endure thru it? Tmr shall be the day that the answer will reveal! =)

HOLIDAYZAZAZ!!!!

Taken after adventure race '07!

My dear holiday finally you are HERE!! Long waited holiday, this year seems to be a little different, i don't feel the christmas mood! Maybe it's because our holiday was just too different from the previos year i guess.

I guess i have fallen for you!
Yesterday- had too much break in between cause POM was e-tutorial, did oral communication and then play basketball. Lunch with rui and akid at koufu. Back to oral communication lessons. Pretty boring was playing bloons 2 with huiying computer. Lessons ended half and horu earlier, went canteen to slack with the "j"s people b4 proceeding back to club room to play the madness game. Quite noob at it therefore kept dieing. Training was what coach define as "test" 2.4km run, vertical throw 2 min times 3, steps 200 times, sprint 100 once, crunches 200 times. After training, gym work with jiawei, seran, sam and cheng huan! Went to hub for dinner, after so long of waiting finally ate what i wanted to eat! =) Movie with those who wanted to stay out which was kevin, sabrina, sam, rui and me. Watched hao hao and the chipmunks! Managed to catch the last train to tpy, bus home and went out again. Home in the morning and going to work at 4 later in the afternoon all the way to 1st closer! Going to work straight for a week! Tiredness! Seems like the 2nd wk of the semester break is going to be pack!

Lastly, i got a new dog! Lol it's a husky! Muhaha!=)

RAINNY TUESDAY!

Good old weather!Where have you been??

Gosh it's been raining for the past few days. Nathan ask me today:" woah, everyday raining how your going to train?" haha, it was raining and it so happens that we aint training. Haha. Headed to school with rui and had lunch at the usual place, koufu. Entered and saw that there weren't any seats and so decided to change to north canteen to eat, but it so happen that rachel was there so share seats with rachel and liwen. After lunch headed to south to buy bubble tea and saw uncle tiong there. Headed for lessons, CSK lesson was pretty boring again and then it was micro. First half of the lesson was slpy so couldnt concentrate, but 2nd half i managed to absorb all that he said. Lessons ended at 6, went off to train station with mouse and rui, and jw came along. Headed to orchard, taka to buy rui sandals, which she said it was a need and not a want. Dinner and found out alot of things, lol shall not mention it out. Shop for wallet and then headed home. Tomorrow lessons and think that it will be a smashing good time at training tomorrow!

MONDAY BLUES

It's monday again, and it will be the last monday, before we are off for our two weeks holiday!=) HTML lessons was pretty boring, most of the people were just presenting to her instead of presenting to the class. Spent the full time in the html lessons rotting and hearing about jia rui fear! HAHA! next was stats lessons, ended lessons half and hour then ended, and went to town along with sam. Ate bought present, print foto and then headed back to school for some chit-chatting session. Overall was successful, luckily had no hiccups during the way. Heard different point of view from different person, so it's reflection time and yeap, hope it really bonds the team up. Dinner and home.

BORING SUNDAY!

Hello good old Sunday! One more week to term break!=)

Didnt work today as i was too lazy to wake up to go work. Woke up around 11 plus, ate and then slacked whole day waiting. Was super bored at home, played games, watch tv and then went to grandma house to have dinner with cousin. Slacked at grandma house till 8 plus while watching the hong xin da jiang for the past 25 years. Erm was quite bored actually, home and watched the haunted mansion before doing the html ppt, and online quiz. I'hv totally forgetten about the online quiz till rui told me about that if not i dont think i will remember to do it.Did the project, and time for the nooze. joking news. after that was followed by the report of the sea games and now, table tennis- singapore vs indonesia table tennis good medalist match. wondering will singapore win it. Tmr event has been filled up, just wondering if the participation would be good. Everything will be cleared real soon on wednesday i think, and we will finally know the results of everything.

ADVENTURE RACE!

Adventure race was the highlight of this whole week. It was totally a blast throughout the race. Fun was the only word to describe the events, and the adventure club members, i repeat MEMBERS only cause they are fun people=) Well flag off at 9.30, first changelle was the sudoku, must run from block to block to find the numbers/ clue, was suppose to meet them at the child care centre, but didnt. Shoes station was so lame, must piggybag one person. HAHA!!=X sorry shoes! Sorry to make your wait. They left first 15 mins b4 us, and we managed to leave school 1 hour later which was around 10.35, ran throughout the distance with rui, proud that she didnt stop throughout the distance to seletar. Managed to overtake 3 mixed teams and a few others during the run. Just about to turn in to seletar, nazri and khalis was running out already followed by philip philip. Check in the kayaking station and was place 10th position, we were lacking so far behind. Kayaking was super tiring for the arms, managed to overtake 2 teams in kayaking once more. Checked out and time to run back to school. Throughout the distance, overtook one mixed relay team and one mens team which made us the 7th position. Just about to reach school, saw 2 mixed teams ahead which was our motivation=) Swimming pool next, must use transverse device to get over from one end of the pool to the other end and halfway thru must remember a picture. I went first followed by rui, answered correctly and was tgt with kevin and zhaoyuan team already. Ran towards hockey pitch tgt then the funniest part is we were trying to snatch for the position, and it turns out to have 2 empty slots for us, which meant we didnt have to wait. Rui didnt want to do the archery so i shoot, first one hit target 2nd miss 3rd and 4th hit! Wohohoho out first. Kevin was robin hood in that archery . First shot he hit the black cirle which was considered out, 2nd shot he shoot into the camp site without making any sound. Haha pro pro. ZY shoot the remaining 3 and all hit on target. Proceed on the CP5 which was abseiling but then we ran to jia wei that part instead cause we saw them, in the end that was CP6. Zy and kevin followed us too so u-turn and went to high element area. Saw ting yu there after such a long time.=) Rui abseil so i became the belayer. She managed to complete it super fast=) navigation was upnext, first attempt all correct so went to CP7 which was blowing balloon, rui offered to blow the balloon and so she did it. Proceed to CP8 with the balloon and did not expect it to be the finishing line=) WOots, ran super fast thru and took foto! 4th team to check in=) Managed to catch up from the back woots! Dinner at banquet, B&J after that at Raffles City as promised rachel the night before, and slacked thru b4 heading home.

RUI-this part is for u.Thanks for putting all the hard work into all the stations, not giving up during the run to and fro was the best part. Sorry if some of the station didnt let u do, but overall it was fun and tiring to catch up from the back. Had great fun today!=) Although we didnt manage to come in top 3, those experiences gain was even better than the medal. And for those who doesnt understand, medals are just a souvenior, but the experiences and hardwork being extracted out of the event is priceless! You will never get to experience it unless u do it yourself!

POST-IVP CAMP AND STANDARD CHARTERED SINGAPORE MARATHON!

Friday- Had a so last minutes time to think of a game to cover the time during the camp and even resorted to asking matt for help cause we were having alot of problems thinking of games to play. Training in school was rather a games session, everyone was merely was playing their own games, leaving a few mad people there jumping high jump. Initally i was frightened of falling but after a few attempt i managed to overcome my fear within me, we had a lot of fun playing that. Table tennis after that with crouch, akid and sabrina. Fun, won all the match wohoho=) Went back, had pizza for dinner and then it was games time with the juniors and some of the seniors. Had a blindfold game and it was so freakking last minutes and i dont know why do i have all these wierd ideas in my mind, and we managed to last it thruout the night. Night walk again, but scaring squad kind of fail to scare us. Haha. Bathe and then did show and tell with rui, and as crouch and rui was knocking out went back to sleep and found out that everyone has knock out leaving me and sam out to have a h2h talk before heading to sleep at 4. Woke up at 8 during the next day and mr guru kind of treated us breakfast. Went to the field for kick it, kevin was the joker of the match. Back to room went tanning and came back for macs. After lunch many left already, leaving 5 of us behind for some personal talk. Came up with a conclusion and might be going on with it. Slpt till dinner time, after dinner slp agn till 11 b4 waking up. Didnt get back to sleep till 12 plus when me and sam went to club room to sleep. Damn shoik and fell aslp. Woke up, bathe and took the bus with a team to padang. Met up with philip and proceeded to the start line. Warm up and went to sub 2 hours column to queue up. saw lionel while proceeding to there, race started and started running. Saw quite a few nyp people, overtook them and them near the 14km mark saw kevin jing long they all, cheer them and ran off, clock in a timing of 1 hour 46min and 5secs, ranked 190=) woots, slacked back at the adidas booth with the rubgy girls and thensuper tired keep falling asleep.

Look how tired am i after that race, poor rachel was too short so got covered by glen. Haha. Pastamaina after swimming and then home for a long long long rest. That was how i spent my weekends!=)

LIFE!

Life is full of ups and downs. Mostly u will hate it when u happen to be down at the period of time. And so concidental i happen to fall into one of these. It's alright that u and ur friends all doesn't trust me. I'hv been in your situation also, it doesnt feel good and u will really have a thousand thoughts running through your mind, wondering what should you do? It's alright to be cause i was hit once, but somethings said are just far to hurting. Letting your mind wonder is also another reasons for suspecting. I know what all it is about what your friends have told you, it's normal for them saying all these, cause if my girl-friends have had been into this situation, i would have told them the same thing too. I just hate the life i am running for this few weeks. I know, you might have always seen a happy me in front of all my friends, playing and shouting like one mad person, i can be whom i was before it happen, but actually deep down inside i'm super hurt, just that i doesnt want to show it to my dearest friends. The moments that they left me, leaving me alone, the sad me will be back, thinking and remembering what everyone calls it-"memories." Memories can be a happy want a sad one, but normally people will choose to remember those sad memories instead of those happy moments, inclusive of me myself. Thoughts will be running thru ur mind like water flowing out of a open dam. Those feelings is one that can easily break down. Really a great thanks for all those friends who had always been there for me. Names shant be mentioned, but you should know who you are. I dont know why, some of them are able to see that i'hv been hurt, like my store manager, who actually doesnt know me quite well, mayb it's the face that i brought to work.

Monday-School today, 3 hours of computer lab was ok. Was enjoying thruout the lessons and learnt quite alot of things. Repair my VCM during the break and finally can use VCM already. Next lessons was stats, had ica and something went wrong at the last part, after i pressed submitted and it said i had submitted, i disconnect it without checking the mainboard. It didnt actually captured it, told eddie about it but he just don't seem to care like WTH!! asked him to giv me the hard copy a few times but he just turn deaf ears upon my words! Finally he gave me and hard copy after like scolding him a few times, and did it on the spot. Marks still not very sure yet! Lessons ended, raining and went to north to eat lunch with the group. After lunch, went to club room to study microecons, managed to learn alot of things, had to wait for time pass b4 going to amk to buy present and heading down to far east plaza. Left at 4 plus to hub to buy present, saw naish there too. Bought finish present went to far east plaza to meet the thomson plaza partners. Dinner was nice, then went down to thomson plaza to check out the new store, quite big la, but not everything up yet, but sure to say, it will be a nice store, because it's our store!!Store meeting at KFC, had alot of things to be clearified. Meeting ended and we left in different groups. Headed back to tpy alone, home and learn micro, oral comm still left one more point, can't think of the last point to say! Micro tmr, hope can do well! Running in the morning too! Camp and Standard Chartered is up next!

This week was in a total mess. Didnt blog much this week cause i still being stress by something that happen this week. Shant stress much about it, i seriously do not know what to do, i do not have any direction about it yet.

I can understand how some person is feeling already, those feelings of being left out due to some misunderstanding and those mixed feelings and thinking that leaves you totally freak out.

Saturday- Changed work shift to the morning, cause had to collect race kit during that afternoon. Work was alright, but got comment that need to speed up on doing the drinks. Ended work, made drinks to take away then went to meet rui and sam at suntec. Actually me and sam were on the same train but just different cabin. We arrive first therefore wait for rui to come then headed off to suntec convention hall. Proceeded to the 6th level to collect race kit. Just next to the standard chartered marathon area was this sports expo, and there's the national climbing competition going on. watched it for away, did survey got water bottle. Ohh ya saw the years 2 sw ppl there doing the adidas stuffs. Headed back to raffles city to go to ben and jerry for icecream. On the way there saw the rest of the seniors. Ben and jerry, rachel was working and so went to disturb. Slack at ben and jerry, since rui was fast in eating up her ice-cream, ohh should mean her's was the smallest therefore she ate the fastest, she went to get her cousin presents leaving me and sam there. Chit chatted and then rui came back, went to search for akid pressies, but then to no avail, as i was too tired went home tgt with sam. Slept then slacked at home. Ohh ya Happy 17 birthday to akid!!!=)

Sunday- Work in the morning, ended work at 1.30 went home, bathe and then proceeded to cousin house for house warming, ate play and tv till 9.30 b4 going home. studied for ica tmr which is stats, and 2 chpts for econs. Ohh great this week is going to be a busy week for me. Haven revise anything yet and oral communication haven do anything=( must rushed thru this week already sian!!!

Haii, everytime is me who tell them, dont think too much la, but me myself is thinking so much!! Haiz, nothing more to say, if i explode one day due to all these pressure that i can expect, please i'm so going to be mad. I just can't stop myself from thinking so much! I can feel what you are exactly going through right now but it's just that i dont know how am i going to help you. It's due to those small misunderstanding that cause what had happened on that day!

THE INJECTION PLAN AND WEDNESDAY!=)

Tuesday- didnt play badminton today, as akid went back to his secondary school to play badminton with his juniors, therefore went to watch the injection plan with jiarui in the morning! meet at lido at 11 b4 proceeding up to buy tickets. Need NRIC for the ticket cause it is nc-16. Showed ic, then prepare. The show was like so boring la, but in the centre of the show, the male leading actor, was very giddy and broke out into cold sweat. After waiting for the female lead to pay up, he headed to the toilet and was like walking sideway almost black out. He grab hold to the nearest wall and rested there awhile. Back in the toilet, he felt like vomitting but controlled it. Out of toilet, went to tell the female lead that he was going to faint already, took the lift down and his face was super pale la. The female lead got a shock and then went up to sit down to allow him to rest. After half an hour of rest, he so called "recovered." Show ended and then headed to lido to eat pasta with rui. Headed for school after lunch and attend one tutorial only for 2hours, cause mirco was cancelled as damien was called back by the NS. After lessons, headed to town with the usuals and then walk buy things and eat there b4 going back enter to meet small sotong! arcade, but no matter what we played she still lose me. Haha! Home sweet home after that. Msges came agn, saying that tmr no POM lecture.

Wednesday-Sian lessons in the morning(afa) was pretty boring. after 2 hours of endurance training in the class, went to have lunch with the oldies, it's time to catch up with them. Ate at koufu and chitchatted. Training later on. Wondering what would it be again. So once again, the team is confirm already for adventure race. Me with my trusted partner, philip with dont know who, sam with her/zy, chor hoon still deciding. Haha but no matter what, we are still a team despite being splitted up!=) Bialthon is up next, still unsure whether trusted partner is going to team with me again!=(

BUSINESS CHINA TALK AND TRAINING!

Monday- wohoho! glad that can come out of the lessons early. It was so freaking boring inside la. Left with jia rui to the club room to meet sam to head down to nus. Meet, walk , slack till 12.30 meeting heading for the bus. Gathered everyone then board the bus and then headed to nus. Was sleeping thru the journey, was pretty bored and tired. Reach nus and it was raining heavily. The police office dont know how to give instruction one. In then end make us go round nus and finally told us to alight at the bus stop. How great?! Raining and the bus stop the the security checkpoint is like no shelter. Could u believe it?! NUS HAVING NO SHELTER!? Gosh, walked to the rain to the security checkpoint then because of ms chua jia rui name being given wrongly was held there at the security clearance for awhile. After calling there and here for awhile, the person finally let us clear. Sian, i was expecting me sam and rui to take cab back to school. Got in went to the toilet dry hair and clothes cause of no shelter. Headed to the 2nd lvl to have receiption and glanced down at the first floor people, their food is like 1092382183908 times better than ours. Faint waited there till 2.30 b4 they allow us to go in to sit. Saw sherilynn there but she didnt seem to recognise me already. Ok the talk, 75% i was seriously sleeping cause i dont quite understand what they are saying, their chinese is just too profound. Finally, the whole thing ended, and headed back to sch. Waited for the bus to come, and back to school we are. Training was awesome, the field had been well decorated by the trackers. Wohohoho, our training was like rugby training getting mud all over. Completed what we are ask to do and then went to macs to have dinner. Chitchatted with flip and akid over somethings then went home. Had a dicussion with geri and sabrina but still no conclusion. Home sweet Home. Watching the injection plan with jia rui tmr. Haha.Camp activities seem to be in place already now just need the confirmation of people who are coming.

Argh, it seem so fast, i have to leave ttsh starbucks soon already, cause thomson plaza starbucks is opening already. this is sad=( managers staffs there will all be miss, all the fun and great time working with them will come to an end this coming sunday! Monday will be having dinner with the thomson plaza peeps at far east and there will be a store meeting. Meeting new partners soon already=)

Happy 17 birthday to a girl who helped us ran ivp and polite! =)

WENESDAY AND LIFE!

It rained early in the morning, so msg maria and rui that my dad will be fetching me to school so aint meeting them at tpy. Reached school super early then went to north canteen to have breakfast alone. But soon after malik and akid came along. Went up to afa lesson, did class excercise and she commented our class is slow in doing work. Overall lessons was alright, learnt quite a few things ba. Pom lecture next, teacher dragged the whole lesson for half and hour just to take attendance. WTH la, many of us were pissed off with her. After lessons badminton, found a super good teammate, sibeisuay(lala), we won alot of people=) Played badminton thruout all the way till 4.30 b4 going to meet shoes at basketball court to shoot. Haha so sorry that i came so late. Training, 2.4km timing, failed to break previous wk timing, super pissed off with myself, went out to run once again to push myself to the limits!! But eventually stopped by flip, asking me to rest for satuday. Listen to him then went back up to stadium to meet the rest. Games after training, basketball, we used track and field training on basketball. High knee lift and medicine ball throw. Haha. Played till 8 then went to bathe and dinner with the whole team. Had some heart to heart talk to some people. Home and rest.

Shoes this is for u!!- i'm sorry for pangsehing u today la, but it's like u pang seh me more times than i pang seh u lor. everything me u and lala go out u cnfrm late by 1 hour plus making us waiting there like idiot. haha, bt seriously u been a fun person to be with la. All those mad times we have tgt, playing like siao, and everything. It's really fun know u la. Thanks for being there for everything despites having to wait for u!!

Bestie- This is for u!!- Remembering those times, climb and run 2007, r.p road relay, campus road run, all these competitions no matter what we will always particpate, even though for campus road run we aint in the same team, but we still push and motivated each other along. It's good knowing u. Sorry if i have done anything wrong to you. But seriously all these times for pushing each other, sticking tgt, going out tgt really brought this friendship closer tgt. More competitions up, we will remain as a team bringing back victory, despite winning or losing we will still be the strong us. Thanks for being there when there's a problem=) POLITE next! TUESDAY!

Wonderful tuesday. Started school at 2p.m. Didnt play badminton in the morning as we were all drain out from morning off season training. Meet rui at tpy at 1.10 then headed down to school koufu to meet maria and akid. Ate lunch there b4 heading up to class. Who cares lessons first up. Bored-ed with his lesson wanted to fall asleep but couldnt. Those 2 hours spent inside was so long!! Finally it ended, and then went for micro-econs lessons. Micro-econs lessons was alright. didnt fell asleep but was listening attentively to it=) Lessons ended, headed down to plaza singapura to have dinner with rui, flip and mousehunter. Dinner at kopitam and then deserts. After eating dinner headed off home already while mousehunter went for her "vocal" lessons claiming that while she strum the guitar she need to sing that why need to go for "vocal" lessons. LOL. Home and slacked!! Tmr b4 training got alot of things to be done! argh!! Please be mentally prepared for tmr training!!=) Cheer will be on tmr~said samantha the manager!!

TRAININGS!

Off seasons is one training that will kill people! Gosh. Friday workout was sort of a relaxtion, hydrotraining. Ran around 7 rounds around the school field first b4 entering into the pool. Waited for everyone to arrive b4 started hydrotraining. Had to do high knee lift in the pool, therefore got splitted up into groups. In the end, our group and philip's group were busy competeing each other in the high knee life, leaving audi's group alone. Haha, after that had a game, water rugby. Splitted up into 2 groups, but overall didnt know which group won, but overall one more to describe it only- FUN!

Saturday- Work for closing shift, suddenly forgetten along to things during work, dont know why but then just very blur, luckily did not forget the recipe for drinks if not i die liao. Closing for the 2nd time, was fun and started to remember things. =)

Sunday- Rotted at home the whole day without going out for the first time!

Monday- school till 11, lessons was boring once more. Met up with sam to go down to marina to buy shoes along with jw,akid, flip, sam, jr. Went to pastamaina to eat. Guess what, me and jr guess that sam didnt know the way there so we decided to test him and he fell for it=) Lunch and then went overall to royal sporting house. We were too lazy to walk to marina therefore asked sam to buy it at royal sporting house. In the end he bought it there. Went over to citylink to meet akid and jw. Went in adidas shop and sam saw his size "L" windbreaker the one that i wanted to get. Then i asked how many set of "L" left and only left 1. Sian, then sam ask me to buy first but he helping me pay so agree. Used the standard chartered 20% to buy both and end up i paid 20 cents only=) So worth it. back to school training. 5.2km for the long distance and then 500 vertical throw with the medicine ball. Completed it the last i think but after that was super tired. Headed to the pool to relax, but it turned out to be bad. I caught a cold!! met the rest at mac to have dinner and then headed home. Too tired to even on the computer, i just went to sleep. Around 11 plus, mum said i had a fever and woke me up to eat medicine. Argh fever agn but today morning recover already=) Schooling later. BOred-ed!!!

Learn to love it but never learn to hate it. Despite all he done for us, it been the first time that i'hv listen him motivated us. Those words are still as clear as crystal in my head. I'll never forget what he said to us, all those inspiring and motivating words are just too touching. Knowing his 2nd side from manager can see clearly that he actually cares for us despites those "shows" that he put on before us that he doesn't care. But deep inside he is actually very caring for us. Flashback of moments before ivp, all those efforts he choose to push me despite knowing i wasnt a good runner. "Jerome, see if i put ur best 2 800m timing together, it is below 5 mins, definitely u can do it below 5 mins for 1500m." Being a strong headed person, i choose not to believe him as my p.b for 1500 is 5.30 during the recent time trail therefore telling myself a below 5 mins is impossible for me. HOwever things changed during ivp day, he putting on a brave show again in front of the team, not wishing anyone luck b4 their race unlike other coaches, just quietly watching all the races go past, but actually deep inside him he is confused with the relays. Race ended, hitted a 4.54 in the race and was grateful for all those friends who supported me, and of cause the trainings. Thought once more, the faith that he given me saying that i would be able to do below 5 came again. By now, i choose to believe in myself and not looking down in myself.

"You all haven even cross the line yet your already say you can't do it." this sentence yet again hit me hard one more time, if i am always looking down on myself i can never achieve anything in t&f. Remembering the times during the first few trainings, i even had difficulties striding and even could not hit a 9 ++ mins for 2.4 but all these trainings that i have pulled thru shaped me to what i'hv become today. Thinking back at those moments, i could easily laugh at myself being such at persimistic person. "If you see a bottle half filled with water, would you see it being half filled or half empty?" Ask urself this question. Remembering how all the year one started off this year, we had so many people during the first few training but to now, only those with the strong mind set to push themselves that far will be those remainding in track.Therefore i'm proud of all of you! Despite being such a small team, we dont have many disadvantages but in turn to have more advantages. why? we click tgt easily pushing each other and being there for one and another. I could stand there saying that "i proud of being a tracker" Really proud of the whole team, the best manager that you can find for being for the team despite the "chaos" we brought to t&f. The man who has been supporting us all the way, Mr guru though he's not here all the time but he have been still supporting us with different ways of presenting it. Last but not least our coach for teaching us thruout all these years and with just that one motivation speech should have already moved all of us. Therefore, we shouldnt say" coach so fast ar? sure cannot do it de" or " huh? so much? coach i cannot la" Remembering all these lines is what we always used to say but now after going thru one season of ivp i think we should stop all these and say" I CAN" it is the effort that we put in not the results we produce in the end. Being tired and having cramps is part of training. Why bother thinking about the pain, we should think we have already have thru it so many times just one more time wouldnt be diificult. Trackers are your ready to push it all our in our 08/09 ivp!!! If you still have the negative mindset, then coach training all these while would be totally useless for all of us. With a postive mindset, not only we can break the limits within us and even pushing us to a greater height!

SAM- If you ever read this, this is for you! No worries! Dont bother about what others have said about the team, no matter what we will still be a team. And we all appreciate you being such a good team manager is just that some of us do not appreciate it, names shant be mention but i can see that u really put in a lot of effort to make this year ivp such a success. Remember that no one is perfect=)

CAMP FOCUS!!

2,3 4th november- camp focus! At first was super reluctant to go, cause seniors said it was very boring, but then it wasnt that boring as the seniors describe, it turned out to be a blast=) Dont believe can ask those people there. 2nd november, left class early at 12.30 to go to the napfa tester course along with the track team and those other people. Quite interesting thruout the lessons la learnt alot of thing. Reach back school at 7 and then was given 20 mins of dinner break, but then me and philip at first ignored as we had this mindset of feeling it would be super boring at the camp. Ate at macs till 7.45 b4 heading up to block e to report. Philip and me were trying to get into the same group, but rachel splitted us up. Found out that i was in the same group as madonna the peiru the two person that i knew at first. But eventually got to know more of them. First activity, thinking of team cheer, draw teamflag, think of teamname and do our mailbox. Teamname- BLITE! why? cause actually is called black and white, but we combined it. Everything done by 9 plus or 10 forgetten le, then got to change to pt attire. reported and go for activity, night games. 12 teams being splitted up into 2 groups. group a and group b. i was in group b tgt with philip. had games and cause some of the team member were so called"killed" during the game got a punishment. Some of us were blindfolded and some were crippled. I was the one who got crippled. next station, no one"died" but spent too much time, got punishment again. Me and ting yu got crippled on both legs, philip blinded and crippled on one leg and rachel got blindfolded. alot other people also. Play throughout the station. Had a lot of run bonding and mixing around with them. Last station, everyone was free once again no more blindfolded, crippled or kinapped. Had to crawl on the grass with mud. After the crawl, shirt was totally covered with mud. Whole thing ended at 2 in the morning and bathe b4 heading to sleep. Next day have to wake up at 7 cause fall in timing was 8. Breakfast and then had high elements. Overall the school high element was nothing compared to the camp i had in secondary 3. after high element, had to prepare to miss tiffany, and the group talent. Our group came up with dancing as talent time act. Got hongzhou to dress for miss tiffany and then learn the dancing move which was prepared by madonna and tingyu. First event miss tiffany, all those "girls" were super hot and damn gay! LOL was laughing till cheeks cramp. OMGOSH! Next was talent time and guess what our group won=) wohoho! Receive camp focus money!=) had disco night till 11.30 b4 being called out for fall in. had to wake up at 5 the next morning. gosh! BAthe and chitchatted around with the rest and then lights out at 12.30. Morning call at 4.15 even earlier than expected. Did pt and then started on the amazing race. Had to be connected all the times, but overall it was fun working tgt as a team. Our team broke a few record=) Great job blite! Games ended at 8.30 and time for water bomb. At first team a and team b was bombing each other but soon we attack the leaders. Haha. Great time and camp. But every good thing will have an end. Time for packing up and clearing up sessions. Ended everything at 11. and started cam-whoring with all those friends in camp focus, exchanging contacts with one another. Photos posted later=) and guess what once more, blite team won the overall again=)Way to go blite!! Dismiss, everyone started headed off in different way. By putting it into words, it wasnt the activites that made this camp so wonderful, but it was actually those people who attended the camp made it so wonderful! Great fun in this camp and hope that this friendship will last long=)
ONCE AGAIN, CAMP FOCUS WAS A BLAST! IF I WERE GIVEN ONE MORE CHANCE TO ATTEND, ME AND PHILIP WILL SURE ATTEND IT=)

EXAMINATIONS=)

Today had to wake up early once more cause got exams! Dad fetched me down to ttsh to collect my file, cause mum need to go amk to get curry powder! Collected file, let mo signed something and then went down to harbourfront centre. Meet nasri at harbourfront then went in store. We sat at the sofa there for awhile b4 yvonne started noticing that we were there. Haha slacked awhile in the store, did coffee tasting again b4 starting on the exams! Around 12 plus started on the paper and completed it around 2 plus. Bar test next, did pretty well expect that for carmel machiato the vanilla syrup just slipped off my mind till yvonne told me! Overall, i PASS my exam!! PAY RISE!! Wohoho=) Rushed back down to ttsh to work, was ask to do bar but kept running around in the store. Haha, punched out at 6 then did the last thing, which was clear rubbish with shak b4 going home. Dinner at home, curry of cause! =) slpt at like 8 and was awoken up by someone sending me a msg that i have been missing for 1/2 hour! Woke up study for tmr quiz for the computer thingy! Hope i can remember everything worx!=) Bestie complain i didnt tell her things! Haha! And my dear lectic is finally gone!! Off season training tmr, let see what will we d0.
